The swimming deck and the hotel views are the highlight of the stay. Access to the swimming area is quite a walk back up so not suited for anyone who has difficulty walking up a lot stairs . The hotel itself is Ok but not great . Breakfast is Good . Economy rooms are very small and not ideal for couples in my view .

The hotel looks good. Beach is nice as well. But the it was not clean. We had to state that we were not happy with our room's condition. They quickly changed our room but the new rooms AC was not working... I also forgot my hat at the beach. When asked about it the next day, one of the staff told me that he found it and put it inside of the "staff only" room in the morning. But could not find it in the afternoon.... Breakfast is nice but beach food was not nice. Would not go back for sure.

If you get a room facing sea it is beautiful.

Hotel is nice over all but they try to be European or want to be. After couple of days in the restaurant the waiter tell me i need to be dressed up to have a dinner when his shirt was dirty and spots all over. I was wearing nice shirt and a shorts but that is not good enough if you are going to have dinner. Just fyi that was the last time i had dinner at that hotel i went out. People don't speak english that is a problem.

I would not recommend staying here. We paid nearly £200 per night for what was advertised as a four-star hotel, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is that when you book La Boutique Hotel, you are actually placed in a separate adjacent building, which is nowhere near the standard of the main hotel building shown in the pictures online. This feels very misleading. The room itself was poorly maintained — it was not cleaned before our arrival (the bin was full and smelled), and across a 5-day stay, housekeeping only came once. We had no clean towels for three days, ran out of toilet paper twice, and every request for basic essentials had to be made in person at reception. Even then, staff only gave enough for two people when our booking was for three. Blankets, bedding, cups, and crockery were all provided for two people only. The TV didn’t work, and one blind was broken until day 2. Communication with staff was very difficult as very few spoke English, and whenever we asked for help, the standard response was that there were no staff available and to “wait until the morning.” This left us with no immediate assistance. Breakfast was average at best — food was not replenished well, and we often felt ignored by the waiting staff, who noticeably prioritised other guests while failing to acknowledge us. For the price we paid, this hotel was far below expectations and did not deliver the quality or service advertised.

July 2022 Honeymoon Stay

We stayed here for 5 days for our honeymoon. We expected great service but it was disappointing. We had house cleaning everyday however it was not done properly, for example, they did not refresh our bottled water or fresh towels. The ladies that cleaned our room put the bed sheets in our suitcase.... we were not happy to find the bedsheets in our personal belongings, it was very disrespectful. The buffet breakfast was normal nothing extra and it was not fresh, it was pretty stale. The hotel pool is very small, we expected it to be long and quite large but it is like a childrens pool with no deep end. The pool is maybe around 145cm deep. At night time you can hear the loud music from the dinner section upstairs which was annoying when you want a good nights sleep. The beach is also not private, they let anyone off the street use the beach beds which was unfair as we could not use them, therefore we could not swim at the beach as there was limited space. We came here because of the good reviews but we left with great disappointment, not a 4 star stay, just a waste of money. I would rate this place 2 stars.

Nice hotel/locaton, but rooms are too hot / noisy

The hotel itself has a nice location (right across the street from a cliff overlooking the sea). We were assigned a waterfront Jr. Suite on the second floor and received a VIP welcome fruit basket and bottle of wine, which was unexpected and made us feel special. So my wife and I appreciated that. The dinner at the restaurant (half board) was a set menu and it was good overall - service was good. The rooms look new; however, the lighting in the room is poor, the pillows are uncomfortable, and you can hear everything in the hotel (people walking, doors shutting, people talking, etc.) plus the noise coming from the street below/in front (you can hear actual conversations, cars, music from outdoor lobby / bar / restaurant, late into the night). That was bad enough, but what made this worse is that, at this point in time (November 19th - 21), the hotel has already disabled the AC units and all rooms are on Central Air - and the temperature is set for their Winter (even though it was 21 C during the day and 15 C at night) - so all you get coming out of the vents is warm air. We opened the balcony sliding door to get some nice cool air during the night, and of course, the noise from the street was so much that we could not get any sleep. Even with the balcony door open, we had to keep the heavy curtains closed to muffle some of the noise and the room was very hot. Management offered to move us to the 4th floor but the AC issue could not be resolved, so we decided to move out

We arrived for a wedding staying only 1 night, we chose to book the junior suite with sea view, paying 450 USD for the night. Check in is at 2, and as you know based on the check-in time we arrived at 3pm only to find our room was NOT ready, they tried to put us in a different room than what we paid for on the ground floor (completely unacceptable based on the price and room I booked). The front desk manager refused to accept my VALID American drivers licence as form of ID. Then we waited 45 minutes for our room to be ready. Which finally they put us in the correct room. Upon arriving to the room, there was no AC on (P.S. antalya in middle of July is 40 degrees) 1 pillow on the bed, and no bathroom products. I expressed my concern, however they did not deliver. I requested 2 extra pillows which apparently was an over the top request. If you're paying 450 USD for 1 night, you would expect some sort of basic toiletries, and 4 pillows, 2 per person. The lobby is updated however the rooms are in extreme poor condition. The location is good in terms of walking, however with the price we paid for AKRA hotel would of been far superior!!!! please becareful with booking this hotel, the photos and marketing are done extremely well, however, much to our disappointment from management to the rooms. I would HIGHLY recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs! it is NOT worth the money they will switch your room without knowledge. Luckily my husband speaks Turkish so they obliged in the end.
