Everything about this stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had an amazing experience from start to finish.

Hotel is certainly run down. It worked for a place to sleep but as a single female with my 2 nieces I would not stay there again. Our lock was broken off - all we had was the deadbolt. Shoved the chair in front of the door just to feel safe. Strong smells, heavy on the weed. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient with shops and dining nearby. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—definitely a 10/10!

Hotel appears to be under new management, which is not a good thing. Room and fixtures are old and imperfect. Cleanliness seemed good, but otherwise, would not recommend unless you’re looking for the cheapest room possible.

I booked ahead of time. Days in advance. When we got to our room, finally, as we were on the third floor and the elevator was out of order the room was completely used. We had to go back down the stairs, it was not convenient for my boyfriend who had knee surgery a few months back. They moved us to the 2nd floor. That room had stains on the lamp and it smelled horrible of cigarettes.

Carpet was soaking wet due to staff attempting to shampoo carpets the day of check in. Room smelt strong of dog urine despite poor attempts of cleaning the carpet and the bedding reeked of cigarettes to the point my children and I smelt of stale cigarettes.

Cigarette burns on the bed and the toilet was duck taped together. I did not complete my stay due to not being up to date on my tetanus which is apparently a necessity to stay. Also if you are not fond of a wet dog & cigarette aroma you will be upset as if fills the entire building. The safety lock was also removed from the door however being kidnapped may have proved me a cleaner stay somewhere else. Staff was kind though.

There were what looked to be drug deals done in the parking lot, the whole entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and old smoke, and the bedroom was nasty. The comforters had cigarette burn holes all in them there was no soap at all and half a roll of toilet paper. The toilet was dirty and when I asked for a refund, she is now fighting me over it all the reviews on here that are good. They have to be made up.

The room and everything in it was run down and the motel smelled. The staff was good and understood why we wanted a refund and would not stay there. The images only were deceptive. The outside was repainted and there was a banner over the Super 8 sign on the front of the building. We did get our refund.

The door had a crack in between the frame so you could barely see into our room, but still a little. We had a room with 2 king beds and it came with 2 pillows (total) and they were no thicker than a piece of paper. Ended up using a sweatshirt for a pillow. Toilet didn’t flush at all. Smells terrible everywhere. All that said it is the price it is for a reason.

Sheets had stains, floor had lots of stains, the door security latch was missing, the smoke detector was missing, the room art was defaced, the microwave didn't work, there was no soap, the towel was a large washcloth, the elevator was broken, the exterior building locks were dismantled, the wifi was sketchy (possible hacking attempts). This used to be my go-to motel in Kansas for cross country trips but I probably won't be staying again.

Room was NOT clean so moved to another room that was also NOT clean, luckily a night cleaner recleaned the second room so we could attempt to sleep. Unfortunately in the late evening there were kids yelling and hitting walls next to us so hard it literally vibrated my bed and woke me up. Called the front desk to complain and then heard her come down and start yelling at them (apparently it was her own family). I had a reservation for this weekend but cancelled and moved to another hotel.

Rather disappointed due to a few things. Gee, where do I start! Front desk clerk was amazing, she did everything in her power to help us feel like we were important to her!!! Amenities were at the lowest quality. Cleanliness of room was very disappointing. Beds were make nicely, however, the room had been vacumed (as the saying in spanish goes) only where the mother-in-law can see! It has been a very long time since thoroughly cleaned, as the corners had dusk from who knows how long. The stair railings had paint after paint till it just falls off. The halls smell like old and musty. I did appreciated the vibe they are trying to bring in with the pictures, however, that vibe won't be complete until the hotel changes it's QUALITY of CLEANLINESS...in my humble opinion!
