This beautiful and freshly opened hotel is perfectly located in the historic center of Cartagena, with everything within easy walking distance. The building and rooms are gorgeous, full of charm and character, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection to start the day in the best way. A very special mention goes to Dylan, who truly made our stay unforgettable. This day was wonderful. Hotel is new, beds were comfortable and staff did an excellent job cleaning daily. Breakfast was not substantial and pool was shallow for small children only. Otherwise, an excellent stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio del Agua by Faranda Hotels. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere that blends modern elegance with Cartagena’s historic charm. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, and the design details made the stay feel special and relaxing. One of the highlights was the view—absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, perfect for enjoying the mornings and sunsets while taking in the charm of Cartagena. What truly stood out was the staff—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is another big plus: close to main attractions, restaurants, and points of interest, yet quiet enough to rest and unwind after a full day exploring the city. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, great service, stunning views, and a lovely ambiance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.

This was the most beautiful hotel in town! We were the first ones to stay here. The service was excellent and the room was incredible. Super clean, spacious and close to everything in old town Cartagena. We walked everywhere. The staff was amazing! We will definitely come back and stay here again!
