Nice place. Nice city. but I didn't feel welcome

I only stayed one night. I didn't get to use all the services. Dinner was quite early, so I couldn't go to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach. They told me a firm no, and that I had to leave the hotel completely by 10:30 AM. That seemed a bit inflexible. And at 9:50 AM, they came knocking on my door to see if I could leave. It seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

Le camere sono molto vecchie e mal tenute; abbiamo fatto il check in alle 15 e al nostro ingresso in camera la doccia era rotta (e dentro c'era ancora una tenaglia da ferramenta che evidentemente era in uso). Abbiamo chiesto due volte di terminare il lavoro, è stata aggiustata la seconda volta. Le porte di legno sono vecchie e scrostate, poca insonorizzazione sul soffitto e rispetto al corridoio. La TV non funzionava e ai lati del letto i comodini avevano giusto una presa a testa. Abbiamo richiesto il balsamo ma non era disponibile. Nulla di particolarmente strano o scandaloso, ma a 4 stelle e a quel prezzo ci si aspetta uno standard migliore. Il valore principale è la posizione e l'assenza di alternative a Marina.

Der Pool ist für mich das absolute Highlight. Groß und wenig besucht. Das Personal in der Bar war sehr zuvorkommend, das Housekeeping heuer nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr. Fenster wurde vergessen zu zu machen, Bad nur oberflächlich geputzt. Leider waren in einem Haus mit solchem Standard zum Frühstück nur 4 Teekannen vorhanden- schade! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Bien dans l'ensemble avec une très belle piscine avec suffisamment de transats pour tous les clients, un garage sécurisé possible en supplément, emplacement 3 eme ligne avec vue mer, à 10 min du centre , mais plusieurs points qui agacent comme le personnel qui vous évite tant à l’accueil qu’au bar, une chambre propre à l arrivée mais le suivi est à revoir : terrasse non nettoyée pendant les 5 nuitées de présence, papier toilette non réapprovisionné, mouche tuée au 2 eme jour toujours présente au sol à notre départ au 6 eme jour … Ascenseur pour personne handicapée HS pendant toute durée du séjour
