Spa was nice. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. They need to communicate better with clients. Some bills are not explained. We got breakfast tickets when checked in, but they billed automatically with our credit card. Maybe because we booked with hotels.com Route Inn always includes breakfast with the booking. It maybe the fault info by Hotels. com?
