My stay overall was good. Crazy that I paid 900 some to stay and then once I got there I had to pay 626.. which was mind blowing. Check-in process took a little bit longer than anticipated. The water park was clean and the slides were fun. The arcade was fun to do as well after a day out in the sun. Our dishwasher didn’t work though.. made it time consuming to wash all dishes. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean and up to date. Check-out was quick and easy.

First experience at a water resort in Orlando.

We had an overall good experience at the resort. The condo was clean, spacious, and matched the description and photos provided on the website. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. We rented a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit for eight people, but the condo was not adequately stocked for that number of guests. For example, we only had four sets of towels and no soap in either bathroom—the dispensers were completely empty. Additionally, I was expecting more water attractions, and unfortunately, we encountered a couple of unfriendly staff members near the water areas. One issue in particular was upsetting: my son had already gone down the slide several times when a staff member suddenly told him he could no longer use it due to height restrictions. If he wasn’t tall enough, that should have been addressed the first time, not after repeated use. I did speak with the supervisor about the situation, as it caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. Despite these concerns, the property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. With a few improvements to guest readiness and customer service, this could easily be a five-star stay.

Nice Florida resort

Hotel room was very nice. In general hotel was a little confusing on getting around. Be aware even when paying fees on hotels.com you will still be charged resort fee during check in. They also charge you a $300 deposit for incidentals. Also, gratuity is taken for most purchases. They do offer shuttles to Disney but it is not all parks and you must reserve a shuttle, they don’t just show up and run constantly. All in all a solid stay but a lot of extra fees.

The first impressions are impressive.. as you pull in it looks great. There was plenty of parking. The market/store is extremely overpriced. The waterpark just felt a little dirty with the water appearing slightly murky. The actual rooms look like they were remodeled not too long ago, but with the same type of materials you’d see in someone’s rental they flipped. Just felt low budget. Walls are very thin. Could hear neighbor at all times of the night. I can see why it’s as cheap as it is, and next time we will spend a little more to go to something a little more upscale.

Mediocre at best

Our stay was ok. There were some issues that we had off the bat that left a bad taste in our mouth. We arrived really late at night to a suite that had a flooded laundry/utility room and had to transfer rooms in the middle of the night. We also decided to on our last dinner there to try out one of the restauraunts. They had no staff. Our food was terrible and cold and 2 people only got their food after the bill was paid and we had to head back to our room. And even then, the food order was incorrect for the 3rd time. They gave us a 10% discount which was nothing in exchange for bad food, service, and a bad taste in our mouth. There were other things in between but those were 2 of the major ones.

I normally love staying at this resort, but this was by far our worst experience, got to the hotel, didn’t have towels, or trash bags had to call several times, then with kids and work calls to be on we didn’t have working WiFi the entire 5 days we were there, I’d call they said use this network I said I can’t, they sent someone out to look at it and he couldn’t either so, they said they will tell IT to reboot the router because it indeed was not working. Horrible horrible experience as far as getting help with anything. Decided to extend the stay didn’t pay for parking at all bevsude of Expedia gold, well when we called to extend I then got charged for parking because we extended by calling the hotel. Love this place because of the waterpark and arcade for the kids we’ve stayed here 6-7 times but after this stay we will be looking at going back to Margaritaville the $50 resort fee and $30 parking fee is stupid include it in the pricing
