Three bedroom three bath suite was amazing! Plenty of room for our family. We put 2 girls to a room 3 small boys in living room on pull out couch. Couple in master room with standup shower and garden tub. Room was super clean. Loved the fact we could wash during our stay.

This place was amazing. Me and my girlfriend stood in the Terrace at The Grove. The room was just right and spacious. The man at the front desk was very nice really made our stay there the best ( I believe his name was Fetch). He was very informative about what the resort had to offer and he even took pictures of us for our anniversary. The only thing that I wasn’t expecting was nobody came in to clean the room ( restock towel and change linen) but overall our stay was wonderful.

Room was big, really nice view, great beds! Property needs much more pool seating, finding a chair was competitive every day. Kitchen needs a couple more basic amenities (regular coffee maker for big condo..). Layout/accessibility was great, pools were close and easy to get to. Needs more elevators, we waited several times. Balcony was great! Lazy River and slides were great!

Great Orlando Resort

Great resort for family or a group...the 2 and 3 bedroom rooms are huge. Very clean, well kept resort. This is our 2nd stay and will be back. 2 things i noticed could be changed...Kids splash area is always 60 degrees, its hardly even usable and food options...while there are 3 food areas and a 7-11 type area the selection especially for kids is pretty small

The hotel was very new but the finish was poor also there were hidden charges on arrival. we had a two night stay costing around £400 and we were charged £110 in additional fees for parking and services.

Weekend Trip

Great weekend getaway for our family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite. The room was clean and well maintained. The kids absolutely loved the water park and arcade. Be prepared to spend your coins. Things add up quickly. We waited almost 3 hours to have our room ready but they were very accommodating for the delay. Loved the resort, we literally did not leave and there was plenty to do. This resort is definitely on our list to come again.
