Stayed here for one night & we had a great time. The three bedroom villas are very spacious and give everyone some privacy and good rest. The pools and waterpark are also great & we had access to them all day even after our checkout time. They are definitely a good walk from the rooms especially in this Fl weather but not a deal breaker. Will definitely come back and recommended to others. The only downside is paid parking.

Need clean utensils, bedding, need new everything, towels need new, hallways had trash in every area in k building. Food was not good at all and no coffee in room had to buy a k cup. However, for that price at least one k cup a day should be provided. I like the parking garage, pool area was good just some areas slippery. The size and layout of the room was great the decor nice. May need a few more housekeepers to help with cleaning what was missed.

The resort is too big, you have to do lots of walking, the room was very clean and great condition, they hold $100 dollars per night deposit but you can use your deposit to eat and drink.and too many people in all pools, unless you go as soon you wake up to avoid large crowds.

The resort was beautiful and clean and could be top notch if it were better organized. I would have given it 5 stars if the staff would have been trained better and been a bit more friendly. It seemed as if there was no guidance and no real management. When you are paying resort prices and get McDonald’s service, it’s not acceptable. That personal friendly touch was really the only thing missing.

I stayed here in 2023 and it was fantastic. I stayed in the three bedroom suite. The view was nice, which made me wanna go back but this experience was a little bad we stayed in Tower one there was not very clean and every time you open, the refrigerator door was so cramped in the corner and I slammed against the door. It was very hard to get in and out of the fridge. It wasn’t enough pot and I couldn’t get in touch with the front desk or housekeeping for towels and toilet papers for three days.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. You'll see the same every single day. The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff could have gone far and beyond our expectations when I asked to extend my stay for an additional day. The did not make enough effort to accommodate our request. We were a group of 8 on a 3-bd, 3-bath apartment. That was disappointing especially when you take into consideration that the room was not ready when we arrived there on June 8, 2026. Overall, I will only give a 3 out of 5, because of my experience. I know for a fact that I won't be booking there for any future vacation.

I was really excited to stay here because the pictures online made the resort look amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms did not meet my expectations. The room was only somewhat clean, the sheets had stains, the carpets needed deep cleaning, and the walls, bathrooms, and curtains could all use some updating and TLC. I did call about a damaged window shade, and the staff was very accommodating and quick to offer a solution. However, it made me wonder why these issues weren’t addressed before guests checked in. The highlight of our stay was definitely the waterpark. It was clean and a lot of fun. My only complaint was the lazy river, as there weren’t enough tubes available for guests. Overall, our experience was okay, but the resort needs a deep cleaning and some updates. Because of that, I don’t plan on returning and will likely choose another resort in the future.

My family and I had a good stay at the Grove. They are close to the attractions which is nice. The pool areas were nice. One of our issues was the hours posted for the restaurants were incorrect. It got to be a little frustrating. Also, we were in a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit with a party of 7 and the room only had 4 towels. They corrected it quickly once I called. No kitchen towels. I was charged 3 times for food I never got as the system was not working. I’m told it should refund but I’ve not seen it yet. I would go back in the future. All in all it was a good stay.

The property itself is great! Everything worked and functioned as it should, the water park and pools were available at the times we were told. We had some complaints about our room though, the cleaning service before we arrived was rushed. At first glance it was cozy and clean but as we got settled it was easy to see that the floors had not been given attention. Also, there was an oven but no oven mitts or oven safe cookware which impacted our plans. There was a dishwasher but not detergent, so I went to wash by hand but there was nothing to use—dish soap and my hands. The showers had plenty of bath products but no washcloths. We went to staff to ask for these things and were told they would be sent up to us. They weren’t. The next day we asked again and they said they did not provide these things. On our last night a huge bag of towels, washcloths, sponges, etc were left at our door. Made for one night of convenience out of the five we were there for. We stay here every year, and there’s usually one issue or inconvenience but not bad enough to deter us from coming back. This year, the lack of supplies to clean ourselves and the dishes was frustrating but the first time that has happened. It’s still a fun place and our kids love it there.

The rooms and amenities were great! This was a wonderful stay for families with toddlers. My 3.5 year old son could not get enough of the water park with the zero entry, shallow pool! The only downside was that the elevators took forever and there was only one in a given location. Everything else was fantastic! Very close to many food options as well.
