很失望、沒有酒店水準

缺點：廁所的馬桶很骯髒，座廁板鬆脫！沒有風筒提供，向房東反映後對方不了了之沒有跟進。沒有牙膏、牙刷、拖鞋、洗頭水提供；臨退房前想寄存行李但拎不到服務人員。沒有電梯。 優點：房間面積大、5分鐘步行往利物浦晏菲路球場、有熱水煲提供、自行退房很自由很快速。

If your going to the match. You will have to get your vehicle off site, if you stay the night before the match. Even when it was a lunchtime ko, we had to move our car off site. So had to pay for additional parking, else where. There is a chance that there is no spaces available and you will have to take a parking ticket....plan this before you stay.

Wonderful staff and clean, basic rooms. So close to Anfield (5 minute walk). Well staffed bar and live Liverpool FC entertainment! Great way to pre-game before the match!! Mia and Anthony were so so so nice!! Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was excellent. We loved all the Liverpool memorabilia & that the staff would let us hold the trophy, framed signed shirts etc. for photographs. We also loved that it was close to Liverpool FC's stadium.

Overall worth a stay with a few niggles

The people we saw on arrival were very friendly and the room was generally clean. My only feedback is that the bathroom needs a shelf as there was nowhere to put toiletries, the shower gel/shampoo was empty as I found after I had got into the shower which, was a little annoying, there were a few patches of black mould around the shower which, needs removing and the dividing walls between the rooms need acoustic insulation as we could hear every word from the room next door especially as they had no consideration for others at 8am in the morning! Location is great and with those niggles resolved, the experience would be greatly improved. Still worth a stay as the location is great for Anfield.

Had to hunt for someone to check in. Found the staff in the bar, smoking. Room had no bedside table or lamp. Room was very clean. Had to go find staff for wifi password. Only one set of keys so had to go down to open the door for my friend when he went to the store. Not bad for the money, but they could up their game.
