Beautiful, clean and super family friendly!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Stayed with our two young kids in a garden view two double bed room and it was perfect. Very clean. A huge bonus was the huge green garden shaded by palm trees. I enjoyed time on my yoga mat here every day, while being able to keep an eye on the kiddos in the pool. The included breakfast was good but got a little old towards the end (we stayed 10 days). Even though the hotel was fully booked it didn’t feel busy at all, there was always sun chairs and the kids just loved digging in the sand from morning til night. My only complaint is that I wish the hotel would rake the seaweed off the beach. But aside from that the whole property was so clean and in beautiful shape and staff was super friendly! Would definitely come back!

Séjour de 3 jours entre amies. Très bel hôtel, à la hauteur du standing que l'on peut imaginer pour un hôtel de ce type. Seul gros bémol, les sargasses, en grand nombre, qui dénature la plage à laquelle on ne peut accéder. Cela nous a beaucoup déplu à notre arrivée. Il est cependant possible de se baigner sur les plages avoisinantes sur lesquelles il n'y a pas de sargasses. La route d'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas top mais nous y sommes amenées en buggy. le petit-déjeuner est bon et les serveurs sont très aimables. Nous pouvons également y manger pour le lunch. Les chambres paraissent plus petites que sur les photos du site hôtel.com; Cependant, elles sont spacieuses.

Our stay was amazing. The service at the front desk was excellent. They were so helpful with arranging taxis, and help with anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic. Luis, Marcella, Eduardo and others all made a great effort to provide wonderful service and delicious food. The location could not be beat! We will be back.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever had the pleasure to visit! Freddie at the front desk was so kind and worked so hard to make the stay great. We paid for our transfer through the hotel and it was so smooth and safe! The rooms are large, clean, and have a great AC. The breakfast is simple yet delicious and the best breakfast included in a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Big thank you to all the staff at the restaurant for such kind hospitality. 1000/1000 recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Omg what a beautiful place to stay! We had an ocean view room and the grounds of the property were gorgeous. We were really impressed with it all and the breakfast each morning. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Puerto Holbox! Our sea-view room was breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop to relax and soak in the island’s beauty. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding—every meal and drink we had was top-notch, and our Christmas Eve dinner was truly 5-star. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short distance from town, making it convenient yet peaceful. The only challenge we faced was the flooded roads after rain, which made it tricky for taxis to get around. However, this seems to be a common issue on the island and didn’t diminish our overall enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Holbox!

Lovely hotel located right on the beach front. We were unlucky with the weather as the beach in front of the hotel was full of seaweed so we weren’t able to use the loungers there. There are other loungers behind the beach though which are great and still have a lovely outlook. The property is really quiet and very convenient being only a short walk from town. It isn’t entirely secluded though as one of the main dirt roads loops around the front of the sun lounger/pool area. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our stay. This was a real bonus and it was lovely having breakfast by the sea every morning. Overall the hotel was great value for money and we would stay here again!

Hôtel bien placé à 10min du centre ville a pied par la plage, dans le sens de punto mosquito. Chambres spacieuses, personnel chaleureux. Petite piscine mais suffisante pour ma part, plage privée. 2 reproches: le petit dejeuner insuffisant et la douche au une pression avec de l'eau qui part dans tous les sens (compliqué de se rincer les cheveux)
