The free in-room washing machine alone makes it very budget-friendly. Staff may not be polished, but they’re warm, helpful, and never push extra services. I’ve stayed in many apartments across Southeast Asia, and Nomad Stay Journey honestly surprised me in a good way. It’s newly opened, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Having a private washing machine in the room for free is a huge plus — especially when you know laundry elsewhere costs around $1 per kg. Washing one suitcase can easily reach $10–20, so this saved me a lot. The staff aren’t super professional in a hotel-style way, but they’re incredibly friendly and genuine. It really feels like staying at home, right in the center of the city.
