4/10 Fair

Check-in process almost impossible, they advertised 10am check-in. I arrived at 1pm, rang the doorbell and knocked and rang but no answer. Then at 4:30pm after knocking for over two minutes was greeted, I showed my reservation which had already been paid and had to wait for over 15 minutes for them to verify. Toilet didn’t flush and when I tried to leave at 6am the front door was padlocked and no one at reception so could not get out, no fire escape - very unsafe!
