Just OK!
We rented a room for 3 nights and 3 days. The location is great since it is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and a block or two from the beach and a 5 min walk from the bus terminal. The Hotel itself needs an upgrade! Our room as just Ok! The kitchen area had a sink that was old and rusty. The room had coffee and 2 bottle waters which we used the first day and they were never replaced while we were there. The towels were old and thin and looked far from white. There was no warm water coming from the shower even though we mentioned this and accordingly they said they checked it and it worked, well it never did. The only thing we liked were the drinks at the rooftop bar. The pool water was very cold so we used the hot tub which was ok. The Concierge was helpful recommended a great buffet for breakfast and the employees were nice. However, like I mentioned before the place does need an upgrade. I must mention that the bed which was comfortable!
