The guest service is poor, the attendants seems not proficient in English compare to other hotel in Manila. While I ordered my lunch, they kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes as there were not many customers in the restaurant. the room wasn't ready at 1450 even i booked and paid 3 days ago, and the front desk manager wasn't helpful, he couldn't provide the room-wifi password and asked me to wait for another hour, but eventually he seemed to forgot what he had said.

Room is old and not clean.air-con is too noisy.Bed design is poor.My leg was hurt by the corner of the bed.
I’m waiting for a refund for a room night that I cancelled before I even went to the hotel. They have an unfriendly health policy that I could not submit the firm for online! Then I got charged for the room! This is utter nonsense.

It is the accessibility, and the location and especially the staff members that made our stay a great experience. The manager, Diane accommodated us and made our stay memorable. She combined two separate rooms into one of the fully renovated rooms that had a single entrance but had two rooms inside. The showers are perfect for our elderly parents. No more bathtubs! Which prevents the likely good of them falling. The room’s interior was nicely updated and would rival most 5 star hotels in the area. I am very pleased with our stay. And we will be returning to Elan whenever we are in town. Thank you again! Hope you got the Mary Grace rolls we left for you, Diane!

When I go to the Philippines, I usually stay at Elan and I have no issue with the room and the amenities. However, this year, the TV is not working and we have rats in our room who nibbled on the food we had to bring back home. I complained about these to the Manager and staff but all they gave me was a brush off. Terrible experience

Their rooms needs updating/renovation. They gave a room that has a very dirty carpet and smelly . I have to ask them for a room change. The supervisor on our check in should not give as that room considering it’s the worse room apparently in the building . It ahould not be given to any guest. Despite the condition of the room in fairness staff are very nice specially the bellboys and the guards.
