THIS HOTELS.COM BOOKING WAS A HOAX. No idea how the multi-unit home made it to the website, but we were informed that the 3br/2 bath unit was a hoax by one of the building residents upon 8p.m. arrival. No one answered the associated phone number nor responded to the access question I posted via the hotels.com chat the night before/day of booking. The website refunded
