Tower of terror vibes because of dark hallways and very old rooms. The lobby is nice/updated enough. Self parking is in what feels like an abandoned building. Staff was very nice. You have to request any kind of housekeeping and we managed to get towels and batteries for the remote, but could not get them to take out our trash (asked on 2 separate days). Good location though, and the creepy factor kind of grew on us.

It was horrible. The first room they put us in smelled so bad I had to go down and ask for a different one. They then put us in a king size bed room cause they had no more double . We located the smell in that room as mold or the drapes and all over air conditioner as well as bathroom ceiling. I was given the excuse that they are renovating. That does Nor excuse not cleaning. I had my 9 year old grandchild with me. I am absolutely disgusted by this

The history is there...we had an awesome stay. It is a beautiful part of Hot Springs and everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and we didn't have a problem while we were there. I enjoyed being able to sit out on the big porch and enjoy the night. It was just like being at home. I highly recommend staying here at least once.

I had to leave 4 hours after I arrived due to a death in the family. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I didn’t think I’d get it, but they sent me a full 2 day refund-the $30 resort fee. This hotel was awesome and great location. Really need to come back ASAP. Only issue was pool was a little dirty with leaves. Other than that I loved it

We came to the Arlington for my Wife's and I Birthdays which just so happen to be a day apart. We have stayed at the Arlington several times in the past and even though they are going through renovations I can see the improvements that have been made through the years. Nice lobby, guest rooms need refurbishing

Great history, beautiful lobby. The rooms are in a sad state of wear & tear. Dirty carpet, peeling paint, shabby bathrooms. The bath house royally messed up our appointments & overcharged us for the mistake. Great place to have a drink & see live music but not a good hotel stay, unfortunately.

The first room floor was filthy (room 537) the second room (568) was mushy and damp smelling. The employees was helpful and friendly except for the person that checked us in. The bath and massage I had and the facial and bath my wife had were outstanding

Awesome Wedding Anniversary Trip

We booked the Arlington this past weekend for our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. Staff was great. Very courteous and helpful. Overall cleanliness of the property was great considering they are still doing renovations, however we were never bothered by the renovations. The pool/hot tub area has been renovated since our last stay and is greatly improved. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady bartender (I can't remember her name) really knows how to make an awesome Bourbon Old Fashioned. Overall our Anniversary trip was awesome and the Arlington and staff helped! Thank you, We will be back!

Best bestie trip ever

Amazing stay and beautiful venue. Customer service in all departments was top notch. Wheelchair access was a little rough. Doors and chairs were hard to get through and my chair didn’t fit into my private bath. One wheelchair ramp was found to get off of the property. They were very accommodating to my service dog, as well as sending someone to check on me when I didn’t answer the phone. They were aware of how Dolly alerts and my condition. I wish the shops on the mezzanine had posted hours, it was hit and miss.
