We booked a king room with a historic bathroom, which means bathroom not updated. It was small but fine for us. The room was large and temperature was comfortable. The pool is nice. The lobby is gorgeous, however the band playing Friday and Saturday night was not with the gorgeous, classic vibe of the lobby. Too loud, making lobby unenjoyable for us. Location is great, walkable to bathhouse row and lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again

The lobby of the hotel is nice and looks well maintained but the actual rooms are horrible. The bathroom was the worst I have even seen. The sink did not drain, the shower should have been totally replaced. The one positive was the bed was comfortable. I mentioned to the staff when I checked out and she stated they should not have booked that room. There was also an odor to the room. Definitely would NOT recommend the hotel!!

The Arlington is a beautiful 100+yr old hotel. As such, there is MUCH "TLC" that needs to happen to keep it up. Our room phone didn't work. We didn't have very good Internet coverage in our room. The bath soap was surprisingly bad, considering it's the largest spa hotel in the city. We felt like we were nickeled and dimed to death...this charge, that charge, pet cleaning fee (when we didn't have pets), and the surprise $15 third-party booking fee that we knew nothing about. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, the live music and lobby bar were fun, and the staff was friendly.
