10/10 Exceptional

The location is in the well known from locals. Short distance of walks to Hoa Lu water river. Same type of breakfasts every morning, but it’s good. Beautiful tourist in the nearby area.

8/10 Very good

This was a very clean hotel the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. If you drink coffee be aware in your room the complementary coffee is only 3 in 1. However this seems to be the norm in all hotels here. The location is close walk to the old town. Worth a visit at night. Also the bonus of use of bikes. So were able to cycle into Tam Coc.

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that. All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern.

8/10 Very good
