I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at River Rock on 12/26-12/27 . Unfortunately, several aspects of my visit were below the standard I expect from your establishment.
• Lack of Body Wash: There was no body wash available in the showroom, which I found inconvenient.
• Unanswered Calls: I attempted to contact the front desk twice around 5 p.m., but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered.
• Billing Issue: Upon checking out, the front desk clerk attempted to charge me the full price for my stay, despite having already paid in full via Expedia.com. This caused unnecessary confusion and delay during check-out.
I hope you will address these issues to ensure future guests do not encounter the same challenges. I look forward to your response and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.
