Nice little hotel 5 minutes walk from the London Excel. The area is a little deprived and looks sketchy, but the hotel is great. I stayed in the annex, not the hotel; the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival.

The secure parking is very good, but the should advise guests to take the side turn just before hotel to gain access. The Annex is over the road and above a grocery store, but appears very secure with comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay again when visiting family.

The staff members were nothing but lovely, we arrived early to leave our bags and they tried to see if they had a room available so we could do an early check in, they gave us all free a free bottle of water, and there was free fruit available, they also provided us with a map to help us reach the excel. The room was lovely, it had a hair dryer and a fan, we were even given a second fan when requested - which was wonderful as it was boiling that day. There was wifi available that worked amazing. The staff helped with all our enquiries, and were genuinely some of the nicest hotel staff ive ever met.
