Poor condition and Poor Service
Reservations were made 3 weeks prior to our stay requesting a handicap non-smoking room for 2 people staying 3 nights - Monday,April 21,22,and 23.
Upon arrival - parking lot was practically empty -we were told there was no handicap room available - and we were put on the 3rd floor, room 304. When we turned back the bed, the sheets and pillows were dirty and stained.We called the front desk and the attendant brought clean sheets,which we had to put on ourselves. Then when we decided to take a shower there was just a trickle of water, and not enough soap-just a tiny little bar. There was not enough shampoo and conditioner for 1 person-let alone 2 people.
The bathtub was dirty and had not been cleaned ( we requested a walk-in shower with safety bars).
There was also a can light that was about to fall.
We complained about the condition of the room and were moved the next day to room 126 which we could tell was a smoking room due to the lingering strong odor of smoke.
Again, not enough soap, shampoo or conditioner. There was no hot water and the shower wasn't wide enough to take a decent shower.
We left disappointed and sick from the smoke.
We have photos and are still sick 4 days later because of the smoke!
We expect to be compenstated for all this inconvenience.
The non-caring attitude of staff was unacceptable-we were even refused a receipt upon checkout. I have never been treated so rudely!
