This was the first time we stayed at a Homestay. The property was multi-level and clean. Those with mobility problems might have a difficult time with stairs. Parking is on the street - we arrived early, and so lucked out in finding close parking. I liked the amenities that the owner provided: basic food items, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, etc. The walls of the property are quite thin, and sound carries. Although the owner encourages quiet times after 9 p.m., it's up to you and the other guests to observe those rules. We felt safe while at the property, with a couple of electronic code locks and an individual key to our room. BTW there are some great restaurants and bars right around the corner on Dorchester Ave, within walking distance.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. It was extremely clean, staff helped me every step of the way, off-street parking was available, the street was peaceful, the walk-in shower was the best experience for me overall and the bed was very comfortable I slept like a baby lol.

I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.

Rented one room for two adults and one teenager. Place was fine. Everything is good but the ac was not good. It's hot summer and ac is not cool at all. It was set at a higher temperature and there was nop portable fans or anything. Could not sleep the whole night because of how hot it was. Was a waste of money. The only reason to book this was to sleep the night that we were gonna be there and leave the next day. But none of us could sleep because of how hot it was inside.

Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems after flying in from the Southwest. This homestay relies entirely on cameras, apps, and codes; anyone unfamiliar with that setup will feel completely lost. Pros: The location is close to central Boston, quiet, clean, and includes parking.

The guy was mean never buy a hotel here, he trying to steal my 60 dollars. He telling me to give the hotel a positive review so I get my money back this is crazy. The guy has no ethics and he do anything to get money from you. Terrible business he was trying to charge me an extra 20 dollars to bring a guest. This was by far the worst experience I ever had!
