Otel tadilata girecekmiş, ilk vardığımız da resepsiyon vardı, sonraki gün, bir an da resepsiyon kalktı, bize 50-60 m uzaktaki diğer otellerinden işimizi görmemizi söylediler, ilk defa resepsiyonsuz bir otel de kaldık. Telefon bağlantısı yok, internet yok.

Hotel was accommodating with checked in as was rather early. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were good. Shower was not the best, poorly positioned and water every where. It looks like the front of the building is being remodelled. It is in a good location. I would stay here again.

The pictures shown on the website are not very accurate and presented a false impression. The room we booked needs major renovation as everything in the room is very old and dirty. The walls have many dirty marks on them. The bathtub is not working properly and the curtain kept falling down. Overall the room/hotel needs major overhaul if it wants to attract more guests.

That stuff there were absolutely amazing. The rooms Were all cleaned every day. I had Forgotten my face wash so I used a warm towel to wash my makeup. The hotel tried to charge me 800bht for supposedly damaging two towels. They told me that the towels would have to get deep cleaned. Which amazed me because it would probably cost them less to simply replace the towels and one towel in Thailand does not cost 400 bht. The manager came to speak with me because I was pretty upset and she waived the price of one of the towels. Even hand 200 bht did not make sense to me for 1 towel however I paid for it. I then mentioned to the manager that she’s trying to charge me for damaging towels when the night before I used my room key to open what I thought was my room and I had access to somebody else’s room. I quickly closed the door as no one was in there and tried the room next to it, and I was able to gain access to the second room as well. I then realized I was on the wrong floor. The manager then upgraded me to a room with the actual metal key. But this really wasn’t an upgrade. The previous room that I had was much nicer and cleaner and this room did not have a proper working air-conditioning. I did not further complain because I was checking out of the hotel the following day. Overall good location and nice staff. Be ware of “damaging linen or towels”.
