地点很不错，在一栋旧楼的二层，房间和浴室比较小但是挺干净的。网速不错。有点儿意外的是前台基本没人，到的时候按了好久门铃都没反应，还是给店主打电话才找人过去开门，不过服务还挺热情的。早餐在附近的一家小咖啡厅，有一天早上不知道为什么没开门。。。

Meget skuffende bed and breakfast uden morgenmad

Ved ankomst var der ikke adgang til boligen. Ingen kontakt på det opgivne nummer. Lykkedes efter en rum tid, og en medarbejder kom og låste os ind. Ingen beklagelse. Vi blev placeret i 2 forskellige bygninger, trods det at vi rejste sammen og havde ønsket værelser ved siden af hinanden (booket for længe siden). Blev placeret på 2 prs. værelse trods bestilt 4 prs. værelse (blev tilbudt nyt dagen efter, og flyttede hertil). Ingen morgenmad selvom stedet er et bed and breakfast - og der beskrives morgenmad i teksten. Meget beskidt på værelset og ingen mulighed for at lufte ud (vindue til baggård med skrald). Meget lydt!!! Eneste plus er en helt genial placering i meget charmerende område.

Great spot for exploring Rome, AC could be better

The hotel in Rome was very nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent within walking distance to the Vatican and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring so easy. The only downside was the heat. Rome was very hot during our stay, and unfortunately the room stayed warm even with the AC running. When we first arrived, the AC had been turned off, so the room was especially uncomfortable at the start. That part wasn’t ideal, but aside from that, everything else about the stay was enjoyable.

Barely a 3-Star AirBnB

This is an AirBnB, and not a hotel. The access was difficult to manage, and the front desk has limited hours. They were friendly, and accommodating, so no issues with the staff. The location is unbeatable, though I would not stay here again.

This place was misrepresented. The photos did not match up with our accommodations. It was shabby, not clean in the second room our girls were in, the shower leaked. Tiles cracked in bathroom, shower door looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. The bathroom in the second bedroom was ridiculously small, knees hit wall when on toilet, shower did not work. I was not happy at all, no one around to talk to. When calling, never answered. The only good thing about this place was the location. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I feel like I was ripped off-should have charged $100/night not over $250. The closet in the loft had creepy dolls and a storage tote under a bed. Also one of the rooms was locked unable to use the whole facility.

Great location to explore Rome

This "hotel" is in a great location. You can walk to all the key sites within Rome. From the Vatican to the Colosseum. These converted apartments are decently spacious and have two key amenities (AC and a lift) that make the stay easier. Only disadvantages were that the extra beds in the Family Room are very small and parking is not great as the recommended parking garage isn't the easiest or cheapest to use.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Wände dünn man hört sogut wie alles im flur bei den Nachbarn und auf der straße. Wasserhan ist fast auseinander gefallen wenn man ihn ganz öffnen wollte. Duschkabine ist an den fugen um die Tür schmutzig gewesen. Bett war durchgelegen und war nur ein klappriges gestell aus metall

The area is nice, really close to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants and dinig options. The room itself is nothing special, clean, basic amenities. They definitely need to invest into new hangers. We had a really old cabinet with only 3 hangers. Decent option for the price. I would recommend if if you are planning on spending most of your time exploring the area. Communcation with the owner was difficult. She was not very responsive to messages.

Great location! Good communication via email and WhatsApp, not so much through Expedia messenger. The 2 bedroom apartment was very large and worked great for us. One down side was the tankless water heater made it very difficult to find a good water temp during showers especially for the kids. We would book again!

The hotel is really not bad. We ended up in the other property by the busy street. But even we were by the street, we did not heat traffic during busy days. It's on the first floor. I was initially kind of disappointed at first because I kind of wanted to stay on the property that they showed on expedia. But it turned out to be very convenient. Very easy to get in and get out. There are 2 security doors to enter before we reach our room. There were only a few rooms in that property. No stairs to climb which was very nice. The A/C works very well but you have to make sure you know the Celcius/Fahrenheit conversion. I made a mistake in setting to 18C and it went to 18C(61F) while we were sleeping. There were four of us and it was a decent size. Not very elegant but it's good enough for having a place to stay. We only stayed in the room to sleep anyway. The shower was the only thing that was kind of disappointing. First, the shower head would not stay up. I had to use a small towel to tie it up to the top frame to stay up. Second, the glass cover which only covers 1/3 of the bath tub so whenever I took a shower, a lot of water splashed into the floor and made the floor very slippery. The second commode in the bathroom still does not make sense to me but I guess that's an Italian thing. Overall, I recommend this to someone who just need a place to stay and not looking for elegant style room. It is very convenient.

A nice place in a convenient location. Room was small and the bathroom even smaller but clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and very good attention. Our only complaint is that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Pros: - Very convenient location, it’s 5 minute walk to Vatican City, very good deal for this prime location I will say. Cons: - The was a little hiccup during checkin, we booked a quadruple room(for only 2 person) because we want a bigger space, but they assign us a standard double room. After point this out, the host immediately realize her mistake was very nice and refund us the difference between the 2 type of rooms. We are good with this resolution. - The hotel has rooms in different buildings. The standard room we were given is on the ground floor of another building right beside the street(Lungotevere degli Altoviti) across castle saint Angelo. Good thing- you get to see the castle right from the window, bad thing- super noisy at night. Me and my bf were very sensitive to the noise and could not sleep at night. And it turns out it would be much better if we were correctly assign the original quadruple room we booked since that room is in the same building as the reception and not ground floor, not beside a noisy street. So if you are sensitive to noises like us, be careful with booking this hotel - consider bring earbuds and maybe ask them not to give you the room beside street. A few other facts: - Make sure to bring cash, for the 10 EUR city tax they only take cash at this moment - Parking is very expensive, it’s a third party parking, we bargained and paid 45EUR but later on the hotel told us we could get 40EUR if we insisted - breakfast is not included

Beautiful building and amazing room. We had 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the hotel was refurbished and lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. We will be coming back!
