Seman stained linens

Upon arrival to the hotel, the room was far from clean. The duvet cover stained with seman as well as we found a used condom wrapper from whomever was in the room before us. After telling the staff they just made excuse upon excuse and didn’t once offer a refund. Along with the dirt dripping down the walls, a cigarette mark on the toilet seat and just over all dirty room.

Shady sneaky charges

When you check in they tell you they're taking a certain amount of the room price. But then a couple of days later my card had the room charge plus another charge for the exact amount they "took off". It's super shady. When I called I was told it was a cancellation fee, but I didn't cancel? I did however cancel my future bookings with them.

Mold around the tub where it meets the wall. Shower facet was stripped. Hot shower for only one person the second person got a cooler shower. Not enough hot water. Bathroom door painted white and noticeable dirty from where people opened and closed it. Walls were thin and we could hear the people in the rooms around us and the people outside in the walkway. Microwave in the continental breakfast was white and noticeably dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Continental breakfast was nothing more than toast and Yoguart . Not staffed, orange and apple juice were both empty and staff did nothing about it. No coffee made.

The first room I was put in was freezing and the temperature took forever to go up only a few degrees. The second room was also cold the floors were freezing in sock feet and the highest the temperature would get up to was 66 degrees. It was very noisy until about 2 a.m. and the other people staying there seemed very sketchy. A very run down place. I wasn't expecting 5 star knowing it was a thrift lodge but was expecting better than it was.

Horrible place to stay

The front desk staff were horrible, the owner walked right into our room and stood there watching us sleep until my daughter woke me up saying mom MOM!!! I had to stay due to medical issues with my newborn who was in the NICU and I ended up sick as well as the three kids that were with me due to the mold, the pool doesn’t look/feel like it’s been cleaned for years, the thick slime layer was gross! The hole from the men’s changing room to the women’s changing room gave me a really weird no feeling! I’ll never stay there again they also refused to use my CC for deposit I had to pay cash…. Oh don’t forget the Mouse poop in our first room and the attitude we got when we Asked to be moved because of it. Oh and the needle I requested many times to be picked up but staff refused saying it wasn’t their job????

All the rooms we were showed were smoked in. The showers were so dirty and molded was un real. When your a motel in a busy spot in moncton and no one was staying there. There has to be something wrong.we will not be back to that motel. Stay at quality inn Moncton. Perfect. You should stop leaving people stay there.

The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the central location was convenient. Some maintenance was needed in the bathroom, as the handle for the shower was wobbly, making it difficult to turn on the water. The grout between the tiles needed a good scrub. And I was unable to increase the volume on the tv. A continental breakfast (cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee/tea) was included in the price, which was reasonable. The parking area was icy the day I left. Some salt or sand would have helped. An okay place to stay if you're on a budget.

My partner and I came to this hotel for our anniversary. We booked the king room with the heart shaped tub. Upon arrival the smell of mould/must was incredible we actually had to leave to go buy odor eliminater and fabreeze. When we came back from having our dinner we pulled into our parking spot to 2 girls shooting up needles and left all their garbage infront of the door. When we went back in we noticed our blankets were very dirty. Like actual dirt on them, I called down to front desk and got some new ones, told them about the needles outside the door. No one cleaned them up.. the floors were soo sticky we had to lay a towel down and walk on the towel. The fridge also didn’t work and leaked all over the floor. This room was extremely dirty. There was no luck on the door. We felt very unsafe at this hotel we barely got any sleep. Upon leaving our clothes/hair/body smells musty and like mould. I do NOT recommend this hotel and I’m very upset my partner and I spent our 6 year anniversary worried about even sitting on a bed in the hotel or leaving because there’s needles in the ground.

On chevk in, could not ask for better welcoming. Original room smelled like smoke, was immediately changed to rppm 60. Nice room. Security building. Door does not lock unless people slam the door, which is close to our room.

The first room they put us in had the bathroom window hanging out. Front desk agent wasn’t surprised. They agreed to move us to the next room. There was no window in the screen door. It was dirty, smelled of smoke, sheets looked soiled, hole in ceiling where smoke detector was supposed to be, spider webs everywhere, disgusting. I asked for refund but was refused.
