Staff didnt look happy to work there, firat room given was a smoke room, horrible. We asked for another one and got two queen bed instead of a king as booked. Hairs and pubic hairs found in the bathroom towels and around the sink. The room above us was waking us very early in the morning as if a family with kids were living there. Outside stairs slippery, not cleaned and dangerous. Scary area. Not recommended.

When I got into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke and there was ashes on the lamp beside the bed a open ketchup packet in the drawer that was wide open when I walked in behind the bathroom door there was open and used amenities just on the floor as well as a tag from clothing it was like they didn’t clean the room other than making the bed

The lobby smelled, elevator was broken, pool was in disrepair, outer door broken, scanner pads broken, dead bolts snapped, room dirty, mouse droppings, garbage on the floor, driveway absolutely no salt or sand, bedding dirty. Staff just said there are no cleaners.

Frist room assign look scary the bed was old with the press of a hand i felt all the springs in it. No to mention having check in on the inside, you have to walk to the room on the outside. In addtion the utensils were no clean, and little to no breakfast option. It should be decribe as an Inn only ..leave the breakfast off cause what was avaliablity, made no sense.

The bed looked like they hadn't changed the sheets. I ended up with bite marks on me from the bed. Not bed bugs but something bit me. There was mold in the bathroom. The screen in the bathroom window was hanging on by a thread. Garbage was overflowing outside. The continental breakfast was a joke. You could barely make it to the stand because their restaurant booth was blocking it. You had to be tiny to slide into it. I get that it is an old building but stuff was falling apart. It looks like they don't care about the rooms. The restaurant seems to be their main focus. It looked clean and took precedence (like I said, it blocked the breakfast bar). To note, we didn't eat from there. We couldn't get out fast enough. I guess you do get what you pay for. Won't be back.

The first room given had a plugged toilet. The upgraded the room to fix the problem but it should have been caught during cleaning. The pool had so much dirt in it that we deemed it unsafe.

The room was FILTHY. The bathroom radiator had enough dirt on it I wrote D I R T Y on it with damp paper towel. The outside of the toilet hadn’t been wiped for a while as it had urine drip marks down the front.Breakfast is not as pictured in photos, the only cereal was fruity-o’s, or you could have toast with butter or peanut butter.

Room was poor, broken bathtub plug, toilet paper holder was falling off at attachment point, nearly no utensils in the kitchen, free breakfast had almost nothing available but fruit loops or toast with peanut butter, no clean towels at the pool. Staff was friendly but wouldn't stay again. Not like the pictures they show.

At the check in the receptionist asked if i would like an upgrade. Sure. Room 12 was located at the back of the hotel. The parking was not shovellled. Inside I found that the window latch was broken and the window would not shut. The curtain were missing parts for it to properly hang. The sheers under the curtain was shredded. The thermostat was locked at 16 degrees. It was - 10 that night. The door was not in proper alignment and would noy shut proper. I was not a happy camper. I called front desk and asked for another room. Front desk person came to the room and it took two of us to shut the window. She said the heat will go up and that i needed to wait 10 min. Duh! I waited 20 minutes and the heat never budged. I called front desk. She had another room for me. Not impressed with the room. It appears there is no upkeep and very little cleaning going on in these rooms. No real apology. No discount . You can do better.

the place is expensive, doesn’t have a closet and no complimentary water. and that’s terrible. there has to be at least 2 bottles of complimentary water bottles. and i don’t understand why they want extra 100 dollars as security.

There was nothing to say about there being a extra charge for a pet tile I was already checked in, the window in the room wouldn’t close and was open about 2 inches, mold under the bathroom sink. Was not impressed and would never stay again

I liked the convenience of the property to shopping and the staff are super friendly. I feel the extra efforts should be put in to clean walls down and cleaning microwave. Also the tv does not turn off unless its unplugged so not very convenient.

We had a newly renovated room that was clean. The rest of the hotel, however, is another story. We experienced scary yelling by a “long term resident” about 2:00 AM. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke smell. The dining area for breakfast was unkept, with boxes piled in a couple of corners. The pool had “dirt” visible so we did not go swimming. We did not feel safe staying at the hotel. Would not go back there.
