Great rooms small but big enough if you are just staying a night. They need some cutlery and plates because they have a toaster and a kettle but no spoon or plates other than that fantastic rooms.

Overall, our stay was good. However if you stay on a Saturday night be prepared for thumping music until 3 am.

The rooms are beautiful and you need to have pictures on your website of the rooms because they are refurbished. But the pillows they are using are bamboo and are too big for the pillow slips which makes the pillow is very hard to sleep on. The beds are very comfortable and the bistro is very affordable.

An old established pub hotel with all the charm as well as impeccably maintained, managed, updated, renovated, and modernised facilities. Wonderfully welcoming, helpful staff, great food and atmosphere, sports screens, social events, everything you'd expect from both a traditional and contemporary pub hotel. On the main strip of the Maitland city centre, close to shops, banks, groceries, restaurants, even a reasonable walking distance to Maitland train station. Upstairs accommodation surprisingly quiet for this kind of establishment. Clean, comfortable rooms. Extremely good value for money.

Last minute booking. Great modern rooms. Food was good. Staff were super friendly. The live music was amazing. A great vibe. Family Friendly. We will be back next time we are visiting Maitland.

The reality is I can’t rate the facilities as we never even got to see them. Staff told us on arrival (after a 6h drive) that they’d given our room to someone else. What’s worse is that we STILL haven’t seen an email telling us of the cancellation supposedly sent to lastminute.com. Very unimpressed!!!!!
