Upscale and conveniently located boutique hotel with contemporary furnishings and decor throughout the property, including the rooms. Room was clean with upgraded amenities; however the room itself was quite small and without a closet or desk space (only a long counter at front, under the mounted TV). The hotel has a limited lobby area and a small bar/cafe at front for morning coffee and evening happy hour/drinks.

The room was clean, and the location was good to MSG. I did book a room with 2 double beds and at check in I was given a double with a twin bunk over it. Although the room was clean, it was very very small. We were only there for 1 night, otherwise I would have pressed for a room with 2 doubles instead of a bunk bed set up.

Not a big fan of the bathroom doors but overall is pretty spacious for 4 people in one room. Nice view if you like people watching into ypur room or theirs like my weird kids. Not enough tables space to place your items especially in the bathroom. Also no mini fridge which is a major bummer.

This is a good place to stay for a business trip. It was easy to drop off my bags earlier in the day. Check-in was smooth and my room was clean. My only complaint is the disparity between the location marker on the map and the actual location of the hotel. The marker puts the hotel between 5th and 6th avenue, when it is in fact between 8th and 9th.

One of the elevators was out so we spent quite a bit of time waiting to get up and down from our room. More problematically there’s no coffee makers in the room and nothing available downstairs. You just have to buy everything. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have some sort of free coffee service.

The room is really small. One positive is the huge window thing that one can open the window. Because the A/C machine is terrible and feel like walking in North Pole. This place is best for short, one day sleep overnight thing. Not much amenities. We did not use the gym. Hello? NYC is an actual city where everyone walk 100 blocks. So that’s an urban walking gym. Other than that it’s okay. So so. Prefers to stay different hotels with some amenities included.

Room was very small ….. jail cell small. The beds are bunk bed (Bottom- full/Top-twin). No where to sit and eat. No microwave or sink to wash your hands after you get to your hotel room to eat…. No kitchenette’s amenities. AC gets very cold or maybe because the room is very small it gets very cold right away. No WiFi you gotta pay, but hotel WiFi is decent speed. Bathroom door you gotta push it in or jam a between the cracks so it can hold otherwise the door open and because the rooms are very small you can hear when someone is in the bathroom and smell it too. Rated 3/5 because of the bed comfort very comfy.
