Well designed and equipped rooms for its size. Limited options for dining given its just one restaurant. The rooftop bar is an underrated gem; great views and decent drinks with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are prompt and helpful and attentive. It isn't as expansive and feature-oriented as other larger hotels but for its size and budget is a fantastic option. Location is also a plus; in proximity to shops, supermarkets, cafes and even the MTR exits only minutes away.

Very clean and larger than normal room in hk. But the gym is located in the next building and not even accessible by the hotel card. I was made to wait outside for some time as there was no recept. The cleaner who walked past opened the door for me n asked me where im from even after i showed her the key card. Also, brekky is terrible. The worst i ever entered in a hotel. N they charge sgd $17 per day for that. Unacceptable.
