This place was amazing! The room was clean and spacious. The staff is incredible! IDK if Loretta is the manager, but she runs her ship like a boss! Made fresh food for us for breakfast and a great happy hour! Will definitely stay there again!

Although the hotel was a bit older it had been nicely redone and is well maintained. The rooms are fairly large with a comfortable sitting area, small kitchen, and a good bed. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Average stay in an average hotel.

The room was clean, but even though it was a non-smoking room you could still smell some smoke. The first key I was given didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to get new ones. The TV volume didn't work. Called to have them come fix it, they came up, tried it out, and said they were going to bring a new TV, but never did. The room was very hot when we got into it, and it took over 2 hours to cool it off. Breakfast was ok, but didn't have much variety.

Bed was not comfortable, staff was friendly and pleasant. Just a bit dated and the hot tub was not working. The whole reason I chose this hotel was for the outdoor hot tub. So it was disappointing as there are other newer hotels in the area that would have been more comfortable

Wonderful stay!

The room we booked was very spacious and welcoming. The front desk and staff were delightful, there was a good variety of breakfast and happy hour options (we missed the dinner), and the location was in good proximity to a lot of the surrounding stores/restaurants.

This Hotel room was spacious with nice furniture and you could cook a meal it has cookware 2 stove a microwave and a fridge. It has a beautiful mountains views. This hotel is near the Sierra Vista public golf course it is very quiet. They had HBO and many TV channels. Good location walking distance from many restaurants. They were very hospitable, Happy hours every night ! Free Beer and wine with chips, nachos, and fresh popcorn! They also served a full breakfast! Very good value! My only concern is that the bed wasa little too firm for me, otherwise, this place was great!
