We checked in and then checked right back out can honestly say me & my bf did not feel safe very old property has not been updated everything is older burn marks on the sheets and cover and my bf who is over 6ft tall could not fit in the shower the staff was friendly though

The first room they gave me was fitllthy beer cans in the closet the secind room smelled so dusgustingband was roach infested the shower has a screw as a handle the minifridge was infested with roaches the door was gapped so you could see the outside furniture was scratched and had a pungent smell of animal urine. People were walking around all over the place smoking marijuana. Over all it was the most horrible experiences I've ever had bever again will i book a room here. I didn't stay i slept in my rental.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel was shockingly dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had visible grime, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been properly washed. To make matters worse, there were crawling insects in the room — not just one, but multiple. That alone made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. The furniture was in terrible condition. Chairs were unstable, drawers were broken, and parts of the bed frame looked damaged and unsafe. It felt neglected and poorly maintained overall. Cleanliness and basic upkeep are the minimum expectations when booking a hotel, and this property failed completely on both. I would not recommend staying here to anyone until serious improvements are made.

I was held hostage in Houston while my van was being repaired. I needed a cheap hotel because my repair was going to be expensive. This hotel had a customer rating of 8. Good enough for me. The room was clean. No paint peeling, no mold. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It took for-ev-er for hot water to come out of the shower until I learned to have it come out of the bathtub faucet first. The fridge froze everything, so maintenance quickly came and swapped out the fridge for another one. My only complaint is that Hotels.com has it listed as South Houston Inn and Suites, when it is actually a Red Roof Inn. I initially had trouble finding the building. The staff, from the front desk clerk to the manager to the maintenance guy to the housekeepers, were all wonderful. The hotel’s property is fully fenced and gated, which made me feel very safe for the 5-6 days I was there.

Staff was a plus... Check in at 3pm Had a wonderful stay. I was just upset at about 1:30 almost 2am. Someone tried to open my door glad I was up... It didn't make sense because the tv was on and I was laying down watching TV baby was sleep. Glad it happened to me and not her. Other than that I might stay again.
