The wifi was so poor it was non existent. There was no mini fridge to keep food in. Room was drafty at best. Sheets and bedding was stiff, one of the two pillows didn't even have a cover on it. Was told at check in I had to come up with an extra $100 as a refundable deposit for "possible damages". It snowed about 4 inches overnight and no one plowed or cleared the walkways. Will not be staying here again.

We arrived 45 minutes late to the booking, but had to wait for our room to be cleaned once arriving. The room had gummies stuck to the carpet, the bathtub looked as if its never been scrubbed. There was a strong “pee” aroma admitting through the sink. You couldn’t use the microwave & tv at the same time, if the tv even decides to work for you. Our overhead light didn’t work, as-well as one of the bulbs of the only lamp in the room. The doors are only half painted with paint falling off. The lock on our door was even missing. Police circled the hotel multiple times during our stay. We will absolutely not be returning ever. I strongly advise the business to fix their motel up if they want better reviews. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also aren’t welcoming.

Hidden Deposit Fee

Room was clean but the carpet was filthy. No bed bugs or roaches like some other reviews. Hidden deposit fee of $100 that wasn't returned until a week later. Parking lot was terrible and full of potholes. There was paint peeling from the door. A/C was ok but could have been cooler. Not used but there was only a space heater if heat was needed. They only gave two towels at the front desk. No tissues in the room and only a tiny bathroom waste bin. No continental breakfast and nowhere to put my key due to early departure so I had to call someone who told me to leave it in the room. Lots of shady characters there. Couldn't get into the vending machine room. No coffee pot in the room. Very close to GetGo.

My card had issues with unauthorized charges. So I wasn’t able to use my bank card to pay deposit. I had already paid for the room a few days before for me and my son. I went to office explained situation on why i couldn’t pay the deposit. Was told I can’t stay unless I pay deposit. I told them I have no problem paying deposit, but I don’t have access to funds on my card. Because of the charges. Then I asked for refund because of that issue. She refused to give refund. I called website I used. They tried several times to get refund. And he still refused. They are just steeling money when they can.No matter if situation was unforeseen.There were junk cars outside by office. One was taken apart. Plus trash everywhere. My son was scared to be there. So we had no where to stay.
