The room was clean and spacious for a single room, the view over the bay was beautiful. The staff were lovely. There was only a couple of niggles firstly the windows in my room wouldn’t stay open, and the Taco night was a bit bland with only mashed chicken with some black beans in a wrap for main, the starter was tasty 😋 Overall it was a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay again 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've just returned from a week's stay at the Hotel Biarritz in a single room with balcony and sea view. The room was spacious and well equipped, great bathroom with walk-in shower and nice balcony with sun lounger and a lovely view of the bay. I enjoyed the freshly cooked to order breakfast, and there was plenty space to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar later in the day. The hotel was very quiet and I can't vouch for the evening meals or entertainment as I made use of the fantastic restaurants along the bay. The huge terrace was a great place to end the day with a glass of red wine. I really enjoyed my stay, and although the decor was a little dated, everything was so well maintained and clean, I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Jersey.

Beautiful location and great 'traditional' hotel, which was clean, friendly and relaxed. The rooms have fans rather than air con and even after the long heat wave had finished, the rooms remained hot and you needed both the fan and the patio doors open. We had 3 sea view balcony rooms and felt the extra was worth it for the view and extra space. They seemed a little short staffed at breakfast during the 9am rush but they remained helpful and friendly - you just need to allow a little more time than for a self serve buffet. A number of other bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and great walks from the beach make this a great base.

I stay here every time o come to Kersey. They view is incredible, the staff is lovely. I can’t say enough about this hotel. St.Brelades is such a beautiful area. The beach is clean, the water is warm. I love it here! Highly recommend!

The amazing views over St Brelade's Bay make this a really special place. There's a large patio and upper patio with comfortable seating where you can eat and drink and relax in this wonderful setting. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside so easy access into St Helier and Corbiere. I'd love to return.

We have found our new favourite hotel in Jersey, room was incredible, staff so nice, friendly and helpful. Views incredible, and just 2 mins down some steps to the beach. Food was lovely (just had lunch snack menu) We were in a beach facing premium room, only small issue was it was the hit may week and the room was incredibly hot. There was a fan supplied but probably could have done with 2. Not having air-conditioning not unusual in jersey and it was unreasonable hot. Will definately be back.

The location is ideal, being a short walk down to the beach and close to bus stops for easy transportation. The hotel is a little dated in terms of interior decor and layout, but very clean, and the staff are friendly. A group of us booked rooms separately and noticed the amenities varied between rooms: some had a bath, some had a fridge, some had a fan (there is no A/C), and some had a hairdryer. So it's worth checking what amenities your room has during the booking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay as we used the hotel as a base to explore the island.

Positives - The hotel is clean, the staff are lovely, attentive, hard working, the view is spectacular, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Not so positive - The hotel is understaffed. You will wait on every meal and drink plus there are mistakes being made as they are under pressure. Example we ordered a sandwich and chips for lunch and it took 1hr 15mins to be served. The bar is never staffed so you have to go to reception for them to get someone to serve drinks. As there is no aircon it got very very hot. Overall a positive experience probably made better by the lovely staff.
