Das Frühstücks-Angebot war doch recht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Büchsenfrüchte, grüne Äpfel, manchmal ein paar Scheibchen Wassermelone und immer eine GANZE ANANAS - wohl als Deko-Objekt. Vor 2-3 Sorten Konfitüre und einem Behälter mit sehr flüssigem Honig standen jeden Mirgen zwei Schalen mit unterschiedlichen Rosinen und davor Ketchup und braune Bratensauce! Die Kaffeemaschine hatte offenbar so ihre Launen. Bei Flat White (Kaffee mit warmer Milch) ist nach dem Kaffee die Milch in die Tasse geflossen, gefolgt von einer Art Dampfexplosion, welche die Tasse unweigerlich zum Überlaufen gebracht hat. Am Samstag, 9. Mai war die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Immerhin konnte man beim Personal Kaffee bestellen, der dann einzeln, mit verständlicher Verzögerung aus der Küche gebracht wurde.

The place was very clean, from my room to the lobby and balcony. There were people cleaning every so often so if anything did get dirty, it didn't stay that way for long. Staff were happy to help me whenever I lost my keycard or wanted to order food. They roamed around the hotel and were rather friendly. My room also had water, a kettle and hot drink sachets that were replenished each day when my room was cleaned. A pleasent surprise each day. I think the only real complaint I have with the hotel was only an issue at the start of my stay: the space outside each room is rather narrow and mazelike, with little in terms of proper navigation. On my first and second day I got lost trying to navigate back to my room. The corridoors change direction seemingly at random!

The hotel has beautiful views across St Brelades Bay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Only one fault one morning I waited nearly an hour for a cooked breakfast as they forgot to cook it! Overall 4/5 stars. Would stay again

Very nice location, view of the bay is spectacular. Walking access to the hotel though will be challenging for the less able. The food overall was good except for two disappointing meals served to my wife, after complaining to the head waiter the matter was quickly resolved.

All the saff were very helpful and friendly and the manager went out of his way to attend to our particular needs. Our one misgiving was the restaurant menu, Whilst the meals were good, the menu was the same every night. The hotel web site indicaterd that it would be different every night. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Excellently located super-friendly hotel

This hotel is in a really great location, 5 minutes walk down to the beach, with our seaview room perfectly overlooking the bay and the sunsets, this was a lovely smart and clean place to stay, does great breakfasts - but above all has the friendliest & most helpful staff ever - a lovely experience.

Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys.
