My family and I had a nice stay here at La Palma. The rooms were nice and clean, it had microwave and fridge which came in handy. Also, the area was quiet and felt safe. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

When I met the reservation online, it said that I would be able to check in at 2 PM. I arrived at 2 PM and was told I would not be able to check until 4 PM so I had to drive around for two hours with nothing to do to wait to check in when on the booking, it said 2 PM.

6/10 不错

Small comfortable and affordable, AC was frosty cold. Parking is cramped and the room was clean except for the bathroom which was full of long hair on the floor and corners of the bathroom. Mattress is thin and bumpy but when tired and sleepy you deal with it.

Got there for the front desk guy to tell us they don’t have any rooms with 2 beds. Which was a lie because there was a room door open that had two beds in it that we could see. When I showed him my reservation he stated my hotels.com reservation was a scam because they don’t have two bed rooms. Then hotels.com tried to call and he would not answer the phone. Luckily hotels.com was able to upgrade us to a really nice stay at the Park West Casino.
