Hotel is very clean and comfortable, quiet and the staff are very friendly. It is also in a great location, with a close walk to the train/tour bus stations, old town and all of the shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

This was our last stay on our trip and everything was perfect. They set up a crib in our room, there was a mini fridge, the location was right next to the train to take us to the airport and the complimentary breakfast for one was great (our son was also free which was a big help). Hotel Helvetia was amazing! Location is the only thing that I didnt like. But the service, rooms, bars were great. The pool bar with Jack and Michael was awesome. They treated us so well and make amazing cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel

This was a lovely, unique place to stay while in Zurich. I loved the art flare about it and how quaint it is. It is very convenient to the trains and walkable to Zurich's main downtown area. There is also a grocery store very close. The hotel is on a busy intersection, which creates a lot of street noise until about 10pm, but the windows muffle the noise well. I will definitely return.

The staff was great, location too. lovely terrace facing the little river Sihl and trees on the side to have a breakfast/lunch or just a cup of coffee/tea. Very nice surprise to face all that green in spite the hotel being so close to busy roads. surprisingly short distance to walk to the main Bahnhof, or you just take the tram 3 or 14. So convenient. The room was nice and clean.

The property is right in the middle of everything, which is what we were looking for. It also meant the area was quite busy. and a bit of a walk from walking. It did have a portable AC windows unit, but you have to decide if you want to hear the outside noise or have AC. Overall a very nice hotel with multiple views of the river.
