"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. A very luxurious room. The room with the onsen was so spacious and had two comfy beds, a tatami room with a tv and the onsen itself was amazing. "It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip."

"I rate this a 5+ hotel! Walking distance to the train station too. Great staff and free Happy Hour drinks. I could not beat the price anywhere else and I wish I had booked this hotel for longer. We saw no other non-Japanese tourists here which we loved. Beautiful town to walk in and it has a wonderful aquarium too."
