Rooms lamps were Broken or shifted, key fob was missing from unit making it an inconvenience. Pool only open on weekends wasn’t disclosed. A lot of the building was under construction and obstructing the aesthetics of the vacation stay!

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. First, it’s not a hotel, although I booked through Expedia assuming that it was. It is owned by a corporation somewhere that couldn’t care less about the guest experience.
I had no AC (it was 80 degrees F outside) for the whole duration of my stay. Expedia kept saying it was the “host’s” responsibility and they couldn’t do anything about it. The “host” was a revolving cast of people somewhere at a call center that couldn’t do anything about fixing my AC.
Meanwhile, front desk folks at the property kept saying they couldn’t do anything.
Whenever I was able to connect to someone, either at Expedia or RS Suites, I just kept hearing the same excuses.
I warn everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. You think you’re saving money but you’re just setting yourself up for a horrible experience.
I have asked Expedia for a refund but I have no idea anyone at Expedia will do anything about it.

I had to keep calling front desk for essential needs that are supposed to be supplied by the hotel room … absolutely no face towels I had to go to the store & buy my own the host was terrible I booked on hotels.com but was an Airbnb
