This was the perfect location for a two night stay in Edinburgh. Close to Waverley Station, The Royal Mile and Arthur’s Seat. The room itself was small but had everything you need, it was only a base for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy!

It was ok for one short night - I’ll not be back though. It was reasonably priced but a very tired property which needs lots of work to improve my scores in this review

Good location, about 20 mins walk to the centre, direct on the bus route. So many shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Spaciuos room and nice victorian style

Cheap & clean perfect for an overnight stay. Plenty shops, places to eat and bars near by.

The shower had very low pressure and the bathroom was so cramped I couldn’t sit on the toilet without having the sink in my ribs and my other shoulder tight to the wall.
