The room is small as you’d expect in central Tokyo. It’s walkable to a nice park and busy eating area around the station. The room is awkwardly laid out with too much furniture. Last night I found a baby cockroach in the room. And we faced the bright blue lit up hotel sign so we were a bit illuminated. We didn’t try breakfast. Overall an average stay and ok for the price.

I had a wonderful time here! The room is small in comparison to United States hotels, but this is the norm for Japan and honestly this room was quite large for their standard. The room was clean, had tons of cabinet and closet space, great water pressure, comfortable bed, nice heater, and a table to eat at. They also have self service laundry which is nice if you want to pack light. The staff was very kind. They also have free toiletries like body towels, tea, hair combs, razors, etc, which is a nice touch I do not see in most places. It is incredibly close to convenient stores and the Ueno station which makes it the perfect spot if you need to catch the metro quickly. I truly loved staying here and plan to do so again!

We really enjoyed the efficient storage space available in the room and appreciated that we had everything we needed in such a small and functional space. The room had a small kitchenette with sink, shelves, hot plate, microwave, and mini fridge. The location was excellent. A short walk to the closest Inaricho subway station and a slightly longer walk to Ueno station. Inaricho station is a stop on the Ginza line, which conveniently goes between Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza, and finally Shibuya station. There are several convenience stores, a grocery store, and coffee shops nearby. The staff were always very helpful and thorough.
