Pequeno, mas econômico

O quarto era pequeno, mas escolhemos o hotel sabendo disso! Fomos eu e minha esposa com 2 malas de mão e 2 mochilas. O espaço do chão foi basicamente para arrumar/pegar roupa nas malas. A localização é excelente, tem um mercado 24h do outro lado da rua e uma estação na frente do hotel. Se você escolher o hotel sabendo dessas coisas, não terá nenhum problema

as soon as I entered the hotel, I was asked if I could transfer to another Point A hotel as there was some maintenance work to be done. however I had booked this hotel as it’s really close to the city center. besides that awful welcome and having no heater in the underground room, everything else was great

Unexpectedly Fabulous

It was a great room newly refurbished and really lovely with a view of the London Eye room 610. Super close to the station and to everything especially Parliament and Big Ben. Wish it had a kettle for a cup of tea at night - don’t really want to pay for one at reception. And also a mini fridge as reception didn’t have ice But that aside I still give it 10/10 Wonderful friendly staff at reception too. Great hotel.

Comfortable but would not stay again due to noise

Last minute stay in London, compact room, comfortable bed and clean. Wanted a lay in but was very noisy in the morning from 6/7 am with people and cleaners in the corridor, constant slamming doors and stopped me from being able to sleep. Shame as it was not cheap.

If you just need a place to sleep - not shower

Tiny but convenient stay for somewhere just to sleep. However, the room was so tiny and the bathroom was ridiculous. I actually couldn’t get into the shower and close the door as the sink is directly blocking the shower door. We also had two small suitcases with us and with those in the room there was barely enough space to get ready. I wouldn’t stay here unless you’re looking for somewhere to crash out and nothing else. Convenient location for the subway outside which is why we chose there.

Good location

Good location, the downsides are the doors outside are very loud, so you will get woken up in the mornings as people leave for flights, the room doors need better sound proofing.

Great location friendly staff

Small, clean and comfortable. The couple of employees I met were friendly and helpful. The hotel we're doing works on 5 floor, but not seemingly at the weekend. Area is quiet, again it was the weekend so can't connect on weekdays. Very short walk to London eye and houses of parliament. Great location to stay

Exceeded expectations apart from the noise

For 1 night with my daughter, this room was great. Check in was easy and the lady member of staff was very helpful and took our luggage into storage as our room wasnt ready (we were early). The room is compact but it had everything needed and was well designed. The only negative in the room was that there was only 1 USB port and this didnt work. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We were advised of the noise due to renovations, however, this lasted until past 10pm at night which wasnt the best. Also, the sirens were very loud throughout the night and so was the traffic. If you want quiet & peaceful environment, this isnt the right hotel. If you can deal with the outside noise, are going to be out most of the time and want a clean, budget hotel in a great location, then this is the perfect hotel.

Rooms and beds are much smaller than in the pictures. No breakfast or pub, the pictures are from a café across the street (that was closed during our stay).
