I had a very disappointing experience with this property. When I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the apartment was not ready for guests. The host acknowledged that it was not prepared, which was unacceptable after I had traveled expecting to check in on time.
We had an event to attend at 7:00 PM, but around 5:30 PM the host informed us that a cleaning crew had just arrived and that it would take approximately two more hours before the apartment would be ready. At that point, waiting was not an option because we would have missed our event.
Because the property was not ready at the confirmed check-in time, I was unable to stay and had to find other accommodations. I never used the apartment or any of its amenities.
This experience caused significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, despite the property not being ready and my never staying there, the host refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this property based on my experience, as it failed to provide the accommodation that was booked and confirmed.
