The hotel was ok. Good location and walking distance to several places. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. That was disappointing. Other than that it was good. I'd stay here again

We were running late because our granddaughters dance recital in Nacogdoches, TX ran late so we did not arrive until 1015pm. Check in was okay. We were given a room typically reserved for handicapped individuals, which made us think that it was probably the last room that they had. The room was not the cleanest. The doorknob had some something sticky on it, there was a broken lamp shoved into a corner and the sink in the bathroom drained really slow. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and needed to be replaced. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. There was not any place to get water, other than the faucet in the room or buying a bottle of water. Most hotels we have stayed at had either a bottle refill station or some sort of water located in the lobby. This one did not. I would like to give a big kudos to the staff though. I left my iPad in the room and didn’t realize it until we were 30 miles on the way home. The staff texted me to let me know they had. We turned around and went back to retrieve it. The hotel is in need of a major renovation.

Hotel is in need of repair in the rooms. Bed skirts torn. Elevators very slow. Shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty. We love the location of the hotel.

The stay was fine and the staff was supportive. The water pressure in the sink was very poor due to the aerator being clogged but the maintenance man was able to remove and clear it in a matter of minutes. Overall the entire staff was nice, friendly and supportive of y needs.

The front staff was extremely kind. The lady upfront always made sure we had everything we needed, she even gave us a few pointers on what to do for our daughter birthday came up while we stayed there. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and they were very accommodating! Definitely would recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, nice and cold! The view was just as awesome too!

Had a great stay!! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Never did they make me feel like i was bothering them when I had to ask them something or if I needed something. The breakfast was so good. I was very shocked by all the different things they had to offer. So over all I have to say that I was so very pleased with my stay from start to finish. I Would highly recommend this hotel
