This place was so nice, we stayed twice. Super kind staff, clean and comfortable room, and dog friendly. Close to dining and shopping. Hop and skip to the interstate. Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk personnel were pleasant professional and helpful! The room main lobby, elevator and room were immaculate! We were pleased with the room size, cleanliness, affordability, bed was super comfy! Five stars for overall experience!

Won’t ever stay here again. Only hotel I’ve ever been that didn’t have black out curtains. They had screw closed blinds that did NOTHING to shut out parking lot lights. At 10 pm with lights off, the room was lit enough to thread a needle.

My family and I stayed here for one night. It was more than accommodating. However, if I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this location. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.

We used the app to narrow down my search for pool and breakfast. Yet, this hotel had neither available whatsoever. My daugters were very disappointed, as was I. Very disappointed with with Expedia.

The staff was exceedingly friendly. The location was good and at first glance it seemed like a very nice place to stay. However once we got to our room that impression changed. The bedding on one of the beds looked as though it had not been changed and that whoever stayed before us has a dog that was allowed to walk all over the bed with muddy paws. It was also covered in dog hair. Being too tired to deal with a room change or waiting on staff to deal with it, we just removed the bedding and went and got new bedding from the front desk to take care of it ourselves. However this is a huge oversight on housekeeping and we should have made a bigger deal than we did. The shower and bathrooms were also not very clean. Living in the south, we’ve come to lower our expectations on cleanliness when it comes to hotels. This however was definitely pushing the limits on how low we’ll tolerate for this type of hotel. Super 8, totally expect this low level of cleanliness, Marriot not so much.

Kitchen without utensils not even a sponge. Towel or dish rag. I was told you can buy dishes and utensils. Unable to properly clean up after oneself without proper tools. Also no shaded areas around hotel. Picnic table w/o an umbrella.

The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather.

If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well

Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came.

Sabrina is amazing. We call when the GPS didn’t quite get us to the hotel. She was patient and pleasant. She stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to get there. She was even more pleasant and helpful once we arrived. She renewed my hope that GREAT customer service still exists.
