The location of the hotel was outstanding, the staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was clean. The only issue I had was with the size of the room and the fact that we had no place (closet or bureau) to put our belongings.

Hôtel pas ouf mais très bien situé par contre . Note chambre était en down stairs avec une impression batcave… chambre t’es petite, propreté bof, lit qui grince comme si un orage était en cours… bref, en dehors de la localisation au top le reste tient du confort rudimentaire

I’ve stayed in the hotel before and it was pleasant. No frills, but clean. However, I had a basement room this time and between the air vent constantly humming, the sound of the tube and the heat, it was quite an uncomfortable stay and I couldn’t sleep.

Small room with not much other than a bed, which I thought was fine considering the convenient location. However the bathroom was comedically cramped, the shower door was broken and there was no soap for the shower.

We stayed in room G3. It's clean but the size is surprisingly tiny which we didnt check before booking. Besides that everything's fine. Staffs are friendly. Just check the room size before booking any hotel guys.

It did the job for a one night work stay. Really great location. I was on the lower ground floor and it was very noisy from above, and also with other guests up late making noise. I could hear people showering/leaving in the morning too so that woke me as well.

I had a basic room without window, which was fine but there is very little room to move, floor space was about a metre x 1.5m The bathroom is tiny and the shower got everything wet and leaked in to the room space.

It's a budget hotel and that's what you get. Location is great and staff was very nice and polite. Walls are paper thin so take earplugs with you as can't control people in the rooms next to you. Cafe just next to the property has amazing breakfast

We were looking for an affordable, no-frills overnight stay for three people within walking distance of both the station and The Albert Hall. This fit the bill perfectly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and slept 3 (although the double bed was a shade on the small size) and the bathroom packed in shower, toilet and sink in a tiny but efficient footprint. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area so we weren't stuck for choice when it came to breakfast and dinner. I will definitely look at this hotel again if ever I am meeting somebody at Paddington then heading to the Royal Albert Hall.
