They don’t have parking so you have to pay 1500 TL. Location is not the best and neighborhood is not where I would want to stay in future. Staff were nice especially mustafa from night shift.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—every single team member I interacted with was extremely helpful, warm, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was spotless, showcasing top-tier cleanliness throughout my entire stay. After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable space was a treat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful, high-quality night's sleep every single night. Between the prime location, pristine facilities, and world-class service, Mövenpick exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul!

The amenities on the property aren’t like usual amenities that are open during business hours. In order to use the pool or gym, you must make a reservation and they only allow a certain number of reservations per day

Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)

This hotel has just recently opened, so they are still working a few things out. This did not distract from our stay. Room was clean and modern with a smart TV that allowed you to log into Prime and Netflix. The Spa and Pool were excellent. However, the pool floor was really slippery when wet. The staff were great and informative especially Ozgurk at the front desk.
