Everybody was very kind and helpful. The pickup for the Sacred Valley tour was before breakfast time; but the hotel prepared breakfast to take for each of us. The same as we were able to leave the big luggage in their cloakroom.

The hotel has an amazing decoration. I love it. The room are very comfortable. Good breakfast, poor amenities but for the price is ok. If y0u want a good shampoo or soap bring it with y0u.. the restroom cleaning needs more deeper cleaning. It was a great option. Great value

Quarto sujo, percebi com a sujeira que se acumulou na minha chinela, que só usava no quarto. Quarto muito frio, com janelões de vidro, o que o deixa também bastante iluminado na hora de dormir. Acústica péssima, como há muito movimento dos hóspedes em horários muito tarde ou muito cedo por causa dos passeios, não conseguimos descansar bem. Lençóis sujos, cheios de cabelo no dia que chegamos. Pelo valor da diária deveria ter uma estrutura melhor. Porém, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e eles prestam o serviço de guardar bagagem para irmos a Machu Picchu, como também preparam um lanche para quem precisar sair antes do horário de início do café da manhã.

Safe secure convenient friendly place. Since had early morn departure, packed to go breakfast. Good restaurant, wifi, heat, nice lobby. Only issue was that hot water before 7 am was not available, they said cylinder freezes. Good beds, clean sheets and towels, good bar, should be more like a Four Star Hotel. Plan to stay here again on return from Machu Pichu

We stayed for 2 nights in February, and this is one of around 15 similarly priced hotels that we stayed in around Latin America. Well-located, around 10 minutes walk from the central Plaza and its restaurants. Suite rooms over two levels. Very comfy beds, albeit rooms would benefit from better lighting. Hot water, but slow to arrive at showers - fine if you know beforehand but frustrating 5-10 minutes otherwise. Downstairs seating area lined with religious icon paintings offer a striking decoration.

We booked a tripple room and there was pictures showing a room on the top floor with nice hight to the ceiling. Instead we got a room on first floor without windows at all to the outside, only one window to the inside of the hotel staircase! And the staircase was lit most of the night, and people coming and going. Terrible. Also the room was too hot, and no air. Probably because there was no windows to the outside. Felt like being in a cellar. The room had a bath tub but out of function. It lacked both handle to start the water and a stopper in the tub. On the first night the water pipes broke in the bathroom sink so there was water on the floor when we woke up. Also the toilet did not work. Luckily the hotel managed to solve the issue during the day, and since we were off all day, it didn't bother us. The upside to this hotel is the friendly staff and extraordinary decorations. The go all in with paintings and sculptures. Also the location is great, everything in old town of Cusco in walking distance. If we had gotten the room we thought we booked (and not a cellar), the stay could have been pretty nice.

Quarto com bom tamanho, banheiro bom e água quente, porém não é muito bem limpo durante a estadia, pois só é realizada a arrumação das camas e trocas de toalhas a pedido. Além de não ter isolamento para barulhos externos, o que incomoda bastante porque muitos passeios são feitos em horários muito cedo.
