O hotel e excelente pessoal receptivos muito educados e gentis tratavam a gem com muita atenção e carinho. Quartro limpos e muito organizados desde a portaria rapaz excelente simpático e muito educado, o atendimento na recepção perfeito o chefe da cozinha divino todos perfeitos nota 10 super recomendo estamos 100% satisfeitos com tudo parabéns

Stay away from this property
First of all if you're going to stay at this property. Make sure you have a copy of your reservation. At check-in she said, I had booked a standard room. I tried telling her that was not correct. When I asked how much was the standard she said, it's the same price as the suite. I had to go on-line to prove I had a suite reserved. I was then told it was a computer mistake. She said,I had to stay in the standard room for two nights then I could move to my suite. No compensation was offered or given. I made reservations to use the sauna and the steam room. Neither got hot enough to produce sweat. The rooms only have air conditioning in the bedroom. Oh they don't tell you during the time you are reserving the room but once you get there they have you to sign all of these rules. Rules they know you wouldn't book there if you knew up front. If you don't stay the entirety and leave you will not receive a refund. I asked if this was even legal. I was so dissatisfied I checked out with five days left.
