We check in and out smoothly in a website. The kitchen is good but there is only one knife for bread not for meat. I appreciate the laundry room which is free of charge and everything is provided. The location is excellent.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, el casco antiguo de munich está a tan solo 15 minutos caminando, tienes la opción del transporte público con conexiones, supermercados y comercios. Otra ventaja es la ubicación de la estación central a solo 350 metros.

Levede virkelig op til vores forventninger og mere til. Der var gratis tøjvask og motionsrum til fri afbenyttelse. Trods renovering af naboejendom, så var der ingen larm på værelset. Afstand til alt var virkelig god. Her vil vi gerne retur.

예약하기전에 후기에 공사 소음이 심하다고 했던 걸 보고도 난 참을 수 있다고 생각하고 예약을 했는데 소음이 문제가 아니었습니다 바로 옆 건물 공사라서 다니는길도 위험했고 낮에는 숙소 주변이 뿌연 먼지로 뒤덮여 있는 걸 보고는 식겁 했습니다 방은 조명이 너무 어두웠고 낡았습니다 하지만 위치는 좋았습니다

The cleaning standard was not as expected from a place like this, the tea towel smelled mouldy and we had to clean plates and everything in the kitchen before using them because they were dusty.

The apartment was perfect for using as a base. Construction outside of hotel, could not be heard from inside our room - we were facing the courtyard. Staff were helpful when we asked for advice. Booked room to be cleaned halfway through our stay. Air conditioning was efficient & just what we needed after being outside in temps of mid 30’s. Convenient to get to all parts of Munich as the ubahn was a couple of mins walk away. Lidl, also a couple of mins walk away. Note;- Most museums closed on a Monday Would use Bob.W chain again.

Location is great, but lots and lots of construction happening right outside the property. Not much interaction with staff, which is fine. Bob W is what it is, so don’t be expecting the whole hotel experience

This hotel is in a not great area. There is endless construction on the streets and multiple building. It’s shocking how loud things are on a weekday. Luckily our room was situated on the back side of the building so with the windows closed it was bearable to staff was nice but not always effective. For example there wasn’t a card to turn on the lights but no one answered the concierge chat so I had to make trips up and down to get it sorted.

Mycket nöjd, kan varmt rekommendera. Bra läge endast några minuters promenad från Centralstationen och tunnelbanan. Mycket rent. Rummet bekvämt och bra (hade rum på sjunde våningen). Positivt med kylskåp och kökshörna. Allt nyrenoverat (nya ägare som för 2 veckor sedan har öppnat igen efter renovering). Mycket prisvärt. Vill också nämna att i tidigare omdömen har vissa skrivit att de har störts av ljud från byggarbetsplats i närheten, men detta störde mig inte alls. Glasrutorna i det nyrenoverade rummet var tjocka och det hördes inget in.
