pros: Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Room is large Good air conditioning (hard to find in UK!) Security measure make me feels secure Close to train station cons: Clearer are not clearing rooms after their first approach (around 10:00), even with the clearing light on ( we left at 12:30), three nights in a row. Standard breakfast ( All day breakfast cereal coffee&juice) Incident: At the first day of our arrival, the hotel ran into a problem of drought tap. The hotel said it was a problem about the water supplier, therefore, they can't do much on it. The water need to wait until the third day to be fixed. I do understand that they can't actually do anything on it as it is a supplier issue but as a customer, I must stand on my right. A hotel that cannot supply water for two days is a big issue, plus, they don't take much action on it, only giving out bottled water and a paper of apology. I felt so disappointed on it, if the hotel can't do anything on it, at least they need to issue a refund, as the use of water should be the basic right to stay in a hotel.

great and comfortable.

great stay, comfortable room, parking was inconvenient and not on site but its a short walk from town centre (8-10mins) and a protected safe parking so not all bad, breakfast was great, lots of choices. unfortunately did not have a microwave to heat my sons milk but was offered steamed milk from the bar so it made up for it.

The most lovely hotel nice and friendly staff really comfy rooms . The parking was a bit of a incase we chose as it said it has parking but the parking is walk away about ten mins and because we arrived after nine it wasn’t that pleasant walk from the car park . We could have dropped our bags first but other than that it was perfect

No more than average, with issues

What Air conditioning? Absolutely rubbish AC, style over content, simply doesnt do what it should. Room was no more than average, and panelling above bedside coming away from wall. Reception staff were efficient but unfriendly. Plus points were very good shower and good breakfast options with fresh food. Restaurant busy at breakfast but well serviced.

Needs to do better.

The hotel was dirty the floor and walls had stains. The towels also had stains, we complained and recieved new towels which also had stains. We mentioned it the the staff and was told to leave a review about this. The breakfast was nice and the dining area but the hygiene in the room was just so poor.

No sound proof rooms

The rooms are not sound proof. We had a poor stay due to hearing people in other rooms at all sorts of hours. We were also given a connecting room and the other room kept trying to open our door. The manager was eventually called up about this.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Booked to stay one night. Arrived at 1805 and checked in. At 1945 we received a message that there had been a medical emergency - we had to return home. We checked out at 2000 ... less than 2 hours after arriving. We did not consume anything; we made no mess and created no work for the hotel cleaners. We had pre-paid for two breakfasts, which we clearly would not consume. Despite our situation, the hotel enforced their rules and would not entertain any kind of refund. I fully understand their rules; however, some flexibility and common sense ought to prevail when events overtake the best made plans. We won't go anywhere near this hotel again - we expect better customer service than this.
