Hotel is down a lane way, where no cars can access only motorcycles and bikes. Family suite is large and balcony opens over the lane way. The room was tidy but not entirely clean (ex: crumbs were found on the stained ottoman). Elderly guest or people with limited mobility should avoid this room type because the shower is over a high bath tub. Breakfast is limited but sufficient and changes daily. Including Pho (beef or chicken) & Pancakes on the specials board. Reception staff are friendly. They can also assist with currency exchange, and willing to match rates if you ask nicely. Sometimes there is a funky smell in the hall way and one time a guest left garbage in the hallway, that wasn't cleared until the next day.

Centrally located down a small alley that can be hard to find. The front desk staff are great but the room cleaning was poor. The hotel is in an old building and it can get very noisy if someone above you is using the bathroom.

The hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, everything is literally within walking distance. Weekends, the streets are closed for night market so you will have to walk several blocks. Breakfast includes fruit, eggs, Vietnamese staples like fried noodles, rice, and even pho. I want to praise the staff for their amazing service specifically Arian Le , always went above and beyond helping us , providing information, arranging tours and drivers and more!

I have stayed at this hotel before on an extended stay for business as was my most recent day. The staff treated me like family. Anything and everything I needed they dealt with perfectly. I really appreciated how responsive they were to everything I asked for.

OK, but needs to step up

Just OK hotel. One of those places where the pictures on the App really doesn’t match reality. Worn down, noisy, no views and balcony to street only made the noise super bad. Hey, we slept fine, but did not find the hotel cozy or nice to spend time there for a coffee or to work.

Nice building in a gritty area of the city (which we like) but no mention of the 3 hours of deafening demolition happening across the alley either leading up to it, or after the sleepless night. We were focused on getting a plane home the next day so did not mention it but should have. We stayed in 2 other hotels in Hanoi, we would not return to this one.

This hotel was advertised as 4 stars but it actually was a 2 stars hotel. The bathroom was clogged and the sink has mold all around. Linen and towels were so old and not clean. Breakfast has limited options compared to the others 4 stars hotel I stayed, way far below an average of a 2 stars hotel. We were so disappointed of choosing this hotel.

Si on est pas très regardant sur le ménage tout va bien. L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, le petit très simple. Le point très positif c’est la gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel. On est véritablement à nos petits soins. Nous avions besoin d’un moyen de transport entre Hanoi et Ninh Bin et ils se sont occ de tout ! Toujours le sourire et prêts à nous aider.
