Hotel was in a very central area of the old quarter, however it was tucked away up a very narrow lane only accessible by foot . The room was very dated and the view was a brick wall . Not much available at breakfast if you are vegetarian . Having to walk to a different hotel for a massage was very inconvient and wasn’t relayed at time of booking .

Hotel is down a lane way, where no cars can access only motorcycles and bikes. Family suite is large and balcony opens over the lane way. The room was tidy but not entirely clean (ex: crumbs were found on the stained ottoman). Elderly guest or people with limited mobility should avoid this room type because the shower is over a high bath tub. Breakfast is limited but sufficient and changes daily. Including Pho (beef or chicken) & Pancakes on the specials board. Reception staff are friendly. They can also assist with currency exchange, and willing to match rates if you ask nicely. Sometimes there is a funky smell in the hall way and one time a guest left garbage in the hallway, that wasn't cleared until the next day.
