The room is great. I can’t complain about that. Everything is clean. Looks like they took very good care of housekeeping, housekeeping you know on point however the breakfast was horrible. It’s not even a healthy breakfast. There was nothing to drink but some dry coffee I cannot. It’s hard to explain Apples and waffles that you make yourself. You can’t even call this a continental breakfast. It’s actually the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel so if someone’s going here, don’t go there expecting to get anything to eat in the morning time go to the Waffle House across the street.

Cheap, cheap, Cheap.
Place is dirty and cheap. Breakfast is a joke with no juice, tea, and crappy yogurt and fruit. Bed not made and used shower gel and shampoo. Cheap, cheap, Cheap.

Roach infested hotel
There was roaches, the beds were dirty and squeaky, and the owner didn’t even flinch when i told him there was roaches like be said nothing just tried to offer us new bedding for the dirty ones. This was our last time staying here i hope this helps people save they money, look elsewhere.

They advertise hot breakfast and only have waffles. The common facilities including the hotel entrance were pretty dirty. A lot of noise on the aisle after hours. Looks like they host permanent residents in the hotel.

Good service, clean rooms, amenities out of svc.
We stayed two nights for a local sports competition. The room itself was very clean and a good size. The lobby and amenities were not the best (pool and elevator out of service and there is no longer a fitness center). The front desk staff was friendly Nd helpful. Breakfast was cereal, apples, yogurt, and a waffle maker. It served our purpose as an affordable place to sleep at night while traveling.

My hotel room was gross which made it very hard to get comfortable. The wall paper was peeling off the wall. The smoke detector had black smoke marks around it like there was previously a fire. The comforter had brown stain on it, I didn’t know if it was hold blood or what. The mini fridge looked very outdated.

Decent stay, clean and comfortable.
Decent stay. The check in staff was great and very accommodating. Checking out felt more like I was being tolerated. Also the hot water for the shower never really got hot.

Trying their best but falls short
This was my 2nd reservation through Hotels.com. I realized that the hotels do give large rooms for booking through this service --but the rooms are always terrible. The room I was given (239 I think) was filled with mold and smoke. I have asthma so I couldnt even stand it. I walked back to the front desk and asked him to switch me to a different room, even if it was smaller room. he did, then he came upstairs with me - he didnt believe me so he wanted to check himself. he walked into the room and his first words were - OMG this is moldy and smoky.
the second room that i was given was oky- no smoke smell but still was in poor condition- ceiling had some water damage and the shower was held up by duct tape. In the morning, as I was chcking out I spoke with an older gentelman at the checkout - he told me that they knew about the room- aparently some people stayed there with their emotional support animals - dogs and cats...room has not been the same. Even though it is the largest room that they have and it is pretty large....it needs to be remediated.
Now knowing this - why would they provide it to people? They need to take it out of circulation and not give it to anyone else. If I had gotten sick due to mold/fungus, then what?
Anyways, they are trying to do their best but it is the people with pets (so called emotional support animals) who had destroyed the room- seems like they need to be charged much much more for deposits.
