Aldrig har jeg oplevet mig så glemt. Vi boede tæt på lobbyen med larm fra pensionistbusser tidlig morgen. Og det var tydeligt at de ikke regnede med os til morgenmad. Vi måtte bede om varm kaffe.

Le sobra media estrella, en la media pensión te cobran el agua no tienen expendedor gratuito, solo tienen platos de postre para cualquier tipo de comida y en las tarrinas de helado a penas cabe una bola, el tamaño de la habitación pasa bien por tres estrellas, en el plato ducha pelos de llegada y tres días sin limpiarlos, para ser un cuatro estrellas los amenitis no aparecieron. El precio pagado no se justifica.

Buena situación, a menos de 10 minutos de las playas, restaurantes, centro, etc. Personal servicial e instalaciones correctas. Casi como anécdota, dispone de un gran parking privado pero por la gran afluencia de clientes en la primera semana de agosto estaba complicado pillar plaza de aparcamiento.

We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. Warning.dont book normal double room. They are horrible and on top floor with dormer window. Claustrophobic. Breakfast is poor. All ingredients cheap. Other than that hotel was ok.

Me ha gustado mucho.

Me ha gustado mucho en general, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, y a pesar de estar junto a la carretera (por la que hay mucho tráfico), no se nota el ruido. El desayuno buffet bastante completo y el personal muy amable y atento. La única pega, que hay muy poco aparcamiento, y una vez que mueves el coche es difícil volver a encontrar uno en el recinto del hotel. Y en mi experiencia decir que la limpieza de las habitaciones es un poco tarde, al menos en nuestro caso, salimos a las diez de la mañana de la habitación y cuando regresamos a la una y media de la tarde, aún no la habían limpiado. Pero a pesar de ello, lo recomendaría a mis amigos sin dudarlo.

We got a room beside the elevator which we try to change but the reception told us rhat they don't have any other rooms. At night it was very koud from people coming in and loud from the kitchen downstairs until 2pm.

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée mais ensuite personnel de réception peu ou pas à l'écoute. Pas de possibilité de réglage de la climatisation malgré plusieurs demandes au personnel et assurance de leur part de régler cela. Température dans la chambre très élevée, et obligation d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre avec vue sur cour et rue, sans contre rideaux fins pour occulter la vue. Du coup, aucune intimité ou chaleur insupportable.

Es un hotel de aspecto precioso pero que esconde un quiero y no puedo. problemas con la reserva, éramos 5 para dos habitaciones que nos dieron separadas en el quinto y tercer piso. El aire acondicionado había que pedirlo cada día. El teléfono de una habitación no funcionaba. Mi hija pido una almohada y le dijeron que se la darían al día siguiente. El primer día juntamos dos pequeñas mesas para el desayuno y nos dijeron que molestábamos y que al día siguiente desayunáramos en otro lado de la sala. El desayuno tipo bufete era correcto, que no bueno. No había minibar en la habitación. A la hora de pagar intentaron hacernos cambiar de tarjeta de crédito. Etc

Esta bien, no se si tanto como 4estrellas, perp en general agusto, hay un atajo a la playa q tardes 5min. Lo unico q tiene el camping justo al lado, si te pilla en fiestas (como a mi) esta lleno de juventud de fiesta. La psicina pequeña pero justa para refrescarte.
